La Cruz de Huanacaxtle
There has been a considerable amount of real estate activity in the community of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle to the north, just past Bucerias. Much of it has been focused around the new Marina La Cruz, which just opened in late 2007. Brisas de Vallarta is situated just to the right in the picture, with La Jolla Condominiums and Torre Pacifica in the center, and Alamar on the hillside behind La Cruz.
