Client: Post Office Ltd Value: £10m over a 12 month period Location: Nationwide Mainland UK The Post Office’s Crown Transformation Programme Framework covers fit-out services to the 370 Crown Offices nationwide, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Isles. We are covering 3 lots encompassing the North, Midlands and the South West, and London and the South East. The projects are of a fast-track refurbishment nature, an arena where we have built an enviable reputation and expertise. All works are undertaken on a phased and/or out of hours basis with all branches remaining trading during the period of the works.
Client: Wilkinson Group of Companies Value: ÂŁ720k Location: East Ham, London Fit out of a retail store within the existing shell building. The Customer Satisfaction Survey commended the quality of product and service, management of client preferred contractors and achievement of fast track programme whilst incorporating variations. We also established and controlled 24 hour working to achieve programme, whilst respecting the sensitivity of the surrounding local community of private housing.
Client: T.B Resort Holdings Value: £950k Location: The Belfry Golf Resort Refurbishment and extension of the Red Zone at The Belfry involving works in ten different areas, including fit out to the existing Golf Shop consisting of the installation of two new Dorma windows, re-plastering, M&E installations and ceiling replacements. A ‘Glass Box’ with a decorative steel frame was installed to form the new entrance to the Golf Shop along with the remodeling of the Golf Shop Arrivals Plaza.
Client: Prudential Assurance Value: ÂŁ304k Location: Coventry Refurbishment of food court & ancillary accommodation and construction of a new management suite. Works were delivered within a busy live flagship city centre retail environment without any disruption to operation and completed to the entire satisfaction of the client and centre management.
Client: Falcon Property Trust Value: ÂŁ2.4m Location: Birmingham Construction of a new retail warehouse for Selco including the demolition of existing buildings, ground remediation to remove redundant petrol station tanks and ground contamination and vibro pile foundations, followed by the construction of a new steel portal framed building with metal cladding and brickwork and internal fit out.
Client: Coal Pension Properties Value: ÂŁ451k Location: Shrewsbury Internal and external refurbishment to existing portal framed building consisting of internal demolition, upgrade of power supply, installation of specialist fire doors, replacement of existing roof covering including rainwater goods, cladding to side elevations and installation of new shop front.
