El Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team ha disputado el Gran Premio Tissot de Aragón. Tanto Thomas Lüthi como Piotr Biesiekirski no pudieron finalizar la carrera tras sufrir una caída. Bo Bendsneyder, por su parte, tuvo que retirarse después de volver a sentir dolor tras la caída de ayer.

Tom Lüthi comenzaba la carrera desde la decimosexta posición de la parrilla. El piloto suizo realizó una buena salida y mantuvo la plaza durante varias vueltas. Sin embargo, Lüthi se fue al suelo tras cuatro vueltas cuanto trataba de recuperar

Bo Bendsneyder, que sufrió una caída ayer durante en FP3, finalmente ha sido declarado apto y ha podido disputar la carrera este domingo. El piloto del Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team dio lo mejor de sí mismo a pesar de las molestias y, pese a intentarlo, tuvo que retirarse a falta de ocho vueltas.

Piotr Biesiekirski, que disputaba el Gran Premio de Aragón como wildcard, no ha tenido su mejor día. Pese a encontrar unas buenas sensaciones desde el inicio de la carrera, el piloto polaco fue sancionado con una doble long lap penalty tras un jump start, aunque se fue al suelo después de tres vueltas. Pese al resultado, Piotr se ha encontrado cómodo y confía en poder seguir mejorando.

“Estoy contento con las pocas vueltas que hemos hecho en la carrera porque me caí en la tercera vuelta. Hemos revisado los datos y no hice nada diferente como para que se provocara la caída. Creemos que ha podido ser el depósito lleno porque muchos pilotos se cayeron al principio de la carrera. Estoy un poco enfadado por no haber podido terminar la carrera o al menos hacer más vueltas porque me sentía muy bien y ha sido un buen aprendizaje. Me ha gustado mucho las sensaciones que tenía y mañana en vez de descansar voy a entrenar con la moto para quedarme con esas sensaciones y a pensar en la próxima carrera”.

Tom Lüthi started the race from sixteenth position on the grid. The Swiss rider made a good start and held the place during several laps. However, Lüthi crashed after four laps as he tried to regain positions.

Bo Bendsneyder, who suffered a crash yesterday during FP3, has finally been declared fit and has been able to race this Sunday. The Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team rider gave his best and, despite trying, had to retire with eight laps to go.

Piotr Biesiekirski, who was competing in the Aragon Grand Prix as a wildcard, has not had the best day of him. Despite finding a good feeling from the start of the race, the Polish rider was sanctioned with a double long lap penalty after a jump start, although he fell to the ground after three laps. Despite the result, Piotr has found himself comfortable and is confident that he can continue to improve.

The next round of the championship will be held next weekend at the Octo di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini Grand Prix.

“I am happy with the few laps we have done in the race because I crashed on the third lap. We have reviewed the data and did nothing different to cause the crash. We think it could have been the full tank because many riders crashed early in the race. I'm a bit angry that I couldn't finish the race or at least do more laps because I felt really good and it was a good learning experience. I really liked the sensations that I had and tomorrow instead of resting I will train with the bike to keep those sensations and to think about the next race”.

Disputada la decimoquinta prueba de la temporada en el Circuito de las Américas. Tom Lüthi se fue al suelo tras las primeras vueltas en el regreso del trazado norteamericano a la competición. Bo Bendsneyder fue decimoquinto después de realizar una buena carrera remontando posiciones desde el inicio.

Tom Lüthi realizó una buena salida que le permitió recuperar plazas desde el inicio. Tras dos vueltas, el piloto del Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team se fue el suelo al perder el tren delantero.

Bo Bendsneyder perdió algunos puestos en la salida, aunque supo recomponerse rápidamente y pronto empezó a superar a sus rivales. A lo largo de toda la carrera el piloto holandés recuperó posiciones hasta cruzar la línea de meta en decimocuarta posición. Bendsneyder fue sancionado con una posición por superar los límites de pista, aunque se mantuvo en la zona de puntos.

Decimocuarta carrera de la temporada en el Gran Premio Octo di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini – Misano. Tom Lüthi finalizó undécimo después de remontar varias posiciones y Bo Bensdsneyder fue vigésimo quinto después de un fin de semana de condiciones cambiantes.

Tom Lüthi empezaba la carrera desde la decimocuarta posición de la parrilla. El piloto suizo recuperó posiciones en las primeras vueltas y consiguió entrar en el top10 de la categoría. Lüthi agotó todas sus opciones para completar la carrera entre los diez primeros clasificados, aunque finalmente cruzó meta en undécima posición y sumó nuevos puntos en la clasificación general.

Bo Bendsneyder no ha tenido el mejor fin de semana en Misano. Después de que las condiciones de la pista hayan sido muy cambiantes durante todo el fin de semana, Bendsneyder afrontó la carrera dispuesto a mejorar sus resultados. Tras comenzar desde la vigésimo quinta posición perdió algunas posiciones y luchó para recomponerse desde las primeras vueltas. El piloto holandés fue vigésimo quinto después de luchar hasta el final.

Tom Lüthi started the race from fourteenth position on the grid. The Swiss rider recovered some positions in the first laps and managed to reach the top 10 of the category. Lüthi used all his options to complete the race among the top ten finishers, although he finally crossed the finish line in eleventh position, getting some new points in the general standing.

Bo Bendsneyder hasn't had the best weekend at Misano. After track conditions have been very changeable throughout the weekend, Bendsneyder faced the race ready to improve his results. Starting from 25th position, he lost some positions and struggled to recompose himself from the opening laps. The Dutch rider was 25th after fighting to the end.
