Tech Trends 2014 Inspiring Disruption The Deloitte’s annual Technology Trends report analyzes the ever-evolving landscape of technology put to practical business use. The theme of this year’s report is "Inspiring Disruption". It includes a selection of 10 trends expected to impact business over the next 18 to Source: 2.deloitte.com 24 months. They are grouped into two categories: "disruptors", which are opportunities that can create sustainable positive disruption in IT capabilities, business operations, and sometimes even business models; and "enablers", defined as technologies in which many CIOs have already invested time and effort, but that warrant another look this year because of new developments, new capabilities, or new potential use cases.
