Calling it "a blueprint for the next generation of American diplomacy," Secretary John Kerry unveiled the U.S. Department of State's Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Reviewon April 28. The report focuses on four strategic priorities for State and USAID: the fight against violent extremism, building open societies, promoting shared prosperity, and curbing climate change.
