anticipatory decisions.  Is clarify What, When, How & Who of the tasks before acting.  Is to collect, sort & use information to make decisions.  Is to regularly evaluate the results of previous plans & improvise them

One who plans well…  Has a firm schedule to achieve SMART goals.  Has clear picture of flow of activities to be undertaken.  Breaks up tasks Logically & Objectively to achieve Goals.  Removes NPAs & focuses on the most relevant ones.  Visualizes likely consequences for various action plans.  Coordinates the Actions and Actors in the plan.  Prepares Back up plan to face possible Contingencies.


Organizing… o Is to define various Tasks & Group them into Functions & Teams. o Arrange & Distribute work to achieve the Goals.  Determine Work pattern Clearly and:  Provide continuity avoiding Unsafe Acts & Unsafe Conditions.  Delegate responsibilities, as per Capabilities.  Promote growth and diversification.  Encourage Teamwork, & Stimulates creativity.
