Soupe glacée aux avocats et aux poivrons Soup frozen with lawyers and sweet peppers

INGREDIENTS For 6 persons - avocat : 3 - poivron rouge : 3 - poivron jaune : 3 - oignon : 1 - citron vert : 2 - crème fraîche épaisse : 5 cl - bouillon de volaille : 1 l - tabasco - huile d'arachide : 1 c. à soupe - graines d'anis : 1 c. à soupe - persil : 1 branche - sel
