Crème de crevettes au paprika et fleur de thym Cream of shrimps to paprika and thyme flower

Preparation time: 20 minutes. Cooking time: 40 minutes. Difficulty: Easy. Cost: Medium.

INGREDIENTS For 6 persons - 500 g cooked shrimp bouquets - 500 g of Bintje potatoes - 6 small branches of thyme in flower - 30 cl whole milk - 20 cl heavy cream - 1 coffee bulging paprika - Salt

PREPARATION Peel and cut potatoes into pieces. Let them cook in salted water for 30 minutes. Heat the milk. Shell the shrimp but six beautiful as you keep to the scene. Drain the potatoes and mix them with shrimp. Pour the puree obtained in a saucepan and warm gently, stirring in milk and then adding the cream gradually. Paprika powder, salt and mix well. Divide into glasses, decorate a shrimp and a sprig of thyme and serve flower
