sector but then I thought something should be done for the society and it's welfare and do not limit my self just in the Engineering field. So the journey started in 1994, keeping in mind that I have to and want to serve quality education considering the economic cost and best infrastructural facilities. In the initial five years, I have to face a lot of struggle but since my aim was clear I was

working in unidirection and after that things were pretty good as I believe whatever you do,you should do it with you heart with full dedication and try not to repeat the mistake if occured. During this journey, my work was recognised by Central Board of Secondary Education, Ministry of Human Resource, The office of President of India in 2013 and Rotary. In September,2020 I was honoured with "The Exemplary Academic Leader of the year" by institution of Engineers. What is your opinion about the New Education Policy that has been recently launched by the government?w So I think that NEP will certainly take the country to the level no one has ever dreamt of. "In the coming years, there will not be a single person who is uneducated",this is our main motive and target in respect to implementation of NEP.

Centre asks states to act against fake vaccine rumours

Budding journalist Divyaditya Singh interacted with the founder and owner of the schhol

Shri Prabhakar Goswami , Founder and owner “ I was doing research on street children for Unicef, I teached students from the rural areas of Jaipur, there I realised that these students must get a shelter to stay and study, then I got the idea of this project. Before that, I was a professor at government college. Initially it was bit difficult to convince children and make them realise that education is important for them, they used to run away from the school, indulge smoking, drinking, etc. Later, students themselves realised what is right for them, we build self confidence in them and many students here are gearing up towards a bright future”.

Divyaditya Singh Jaipur: In letter to chief secretaries of all states, Union home secretary Ajay Bhalla said that states must direct all the concerned authorities under the State Government to take appropriate measures to counter false information about covid 19 vaccines. The letter comes in the backdrop of a degree of hesitancy among health workers during the initial phase of vaccination. The letter emphasizes the safety of both vaccines. “The National Regulatory Authority in the country has found that the two vaccines, Covishield manufactured by the Serum Institute of India and Covaxin, developed and manufactured by the Bharat

Biotech Linited were safe and immunogenic,”it said. “It has been reported that unfounded and misleading rumours are circulating on social and other media, creating doubt about the safety and efficacy of these vaccines. Such kind of rumour mongering, particularly by vested interests, can create unwarranted doubts among at large, and there is, therefore a need to check all kinds of unfounded scare

mongering relating to the safety and immunogenicity of the vaccines,” wrote Bhalla. Bhalla asked the chief secretaries to direct all the authorities to disseminate factual messages, adding that penal action may be taken against the person or organization who is found to have indulged in such activities, under the relevant provisions of the Disaster Management Act,2005 and the Indian Penal Code, 1860

Rights of a prisoner

Gaurank Singh

Jaipur: This article deals with the rights of arrested person mentioned in the various sections of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, rights of an arrested person guaranteed under the Constitution of India and human rights violation of prisoners in India and how they are treated in the jails and the steps taken by judiciary and state to curb the human rights violation of the prisoners. Conditions of prisoners in India is very serious. They are treated like animals. Treatment of prisoners in India is grim and secretly violative of fundamental as well as statutory

rights of an individual. We need to understand that Jails are not merely for punishment but they are for rehabilitation of the prisoners. Prisoners don’t cease to be human beings and Supreme Court has reiterated this position in many cases and have recognized rights of the prisoners, so that they do not suffer and a better rehabilitative surrounding be given to them to improve and become better human being during the course of jail term. Under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, and the Constitution of India, the rights of the convicted person are to grant the accused person certain

basic rights for protection and living. The violations of Human rights of prisoners are a very problematic in a democratic country like India because prisoners are also human and they deserve basic human decency even though they might have committed some inhumane crimes. The laws which are there to protect them are not sufficient and there is no proper implementation of the already existing laws. The concept of prison punishment in India is very pagan and does not adhere to the existing mindsets about human rights.
