Jaipur. JECRC University has its specialities, one of them being the practical knowledge that is passed on to the students, said Dr. Aalok Pandya, Professor of Physics. He was interacting with THE MESSAGE. He added that continuous learning is the key to success. According to him, regularity in the classroom is of the utmost importance for a student. Knowledge can be gathered through the internet too but nothing beats being punctual and regular in the

classroom, The university provides a structured way of learning and that is where the university has the upper hand over internet learning. During his time, he has noticed many changes ranging from teaching essence to the

quality of student intake. From Blackboards to Projectors and even the way the attendance is being taken has changed. Everything has changed and technology has had a big role to play in those changes. According to him, learning can always happen but effective learning happens when a student is motivated and ready to learn and that is a teacher’s responsibility to keep a student always motivated to learn. He added that an average teacher teaches, a good teacher teaches better but a great teacher inspires.
