Environment friendly public bicycle sharing scheme in Ajmer Around Rs. 5 crore was sanctioned for the project

Ajmer: Environment friendly public bicycle sharing scheme was introduced in August 2016, under the smart city project, the Ajmer Smart City Limited (ASCL). Public bicycle sharing scheme is owned by private company Greenolution. It is one of the most trusted company known for providing bicycles sharing and renting in India. Around Rs 5 crore was sanctioned for this project. The services have started at 7 locations namely - Private Bus Stand, 9 No. Petrol Pump, Old Chungi Naka- Beawar Road, Madar Railway Station, Near Fawhara Circle, Near JLN Hospital, Mayo Collage Chowraha. At every station, at least 20 cycles are available on rent. Users have to pay Rs 10 per hour. As per the
security guidelines, the rental facility is provided after proper identification of the user. Bicycle sharing was introduced to boost the fitness and environment choice. Cycling to nearby places or to your office is one of the easiest ways to fit exercise into your daily routine. No fuels requires, no high cost of
maintenance, no regular parking charges, this is the beauty of the scheme. The government is planning to launch an app so that people can drop the cycle at any station they like and they don’t have to bring the cycle at the station. The government is planning on making Ajmer a smart and healthy city.

Aditya Singh Patna: Danapur Cantt, one of the oldest military cantonments actively working for the country. The cantt came to its existence in the year 1765 and is present in Patna district in the state of Bihar. This cantonment is the home of one of the most valorous and courageous regiment of the Indian army, the Bihar Regiment. Bihar regiment has proved its velour and marked its presence in the country by participating in some of the very ferocious battles like the Indo-Pak war of 1965 and 1971, Kargil war of 1999 and many other military operations. This clearly shows the importance of this ancient cantonment and its epic regiment for the Indian armed forces and
the country. Beside this, the Danapur cantonment is also the home of one of the oldest church of Bihar, the St. Lukes Church. Made over 200 years ago, this church was constructed by Britishers in their typical European style which enhances its beauty to an-another level. The church retains its beauty even in the 21st century due to the regular maintenance done by the army, they also takes care of the devotees who comes to the church for worshiping their god by offering them clean drinking water and even food too.
