First Military, than others on Trump’s Budget Military is the first priority to spend the money on.

Jaipur:

America’s President Donald Trump’s new 1.1500 Million US Dollars budget would refresh America’s Government with the broad, conservative strokes he promised as a candidate, ordering generous increases for the military, damaging domestic programs and riling both fellow Republicans and Democrats by going after favoured programs. The President’s first area of budget proposal, submitted to Congress on Thursday, which will boost defence spending by $54 billion, which is the largest increase since Ronald Reagan’s military build-up of the 1980s. That

m e a n s shortage of money elsewhere — the environment, agriculture, but Trump said, that’s imperative to take on the Islamic state group and others in a dangerous world. While, it targets Democratic priorities like Housing, Community Development and the Environment, it also would slash

GOP sacred cows like aid to rural schools and subsidized airline service to Trump strongholds, and it would raise fees on participants in the federal flood insurance program.

The budget pursues frequent targets of the GOP’s staunchest conservatives, eliminating the National Endowment for the Arts, Legal aid for the poor, Low-income heating assistance and the AmeriCorps National Service Program established by President Bill Clinton. But, Midwestern Republicans including Sen. Rob Portman of

Ohio were upset by cuts to the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative. Southern Republicans like Rep. Hal Rogers of Kentucky lashed out at cuts, he called “draconian, careless and counterproductive.” One target of the budget is the Appalachian Regional Commission, which helps communities in the region. Trump’s proposal covers only roughly one-fourth of the approximately $4 trillion total federal budget. This is the discretionary portion that Congress passes each year, not addressing taxes, Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.

Jaipur. Every individual have

had experiences with handling tough conversations. As much as, we would like to avoid them, we cannot. So, the point here is how effectively this can be handled to avoid

hassles. How do we find the right words in that moment, so that the encoding and decoding goes as smoothly as possible? It is usually observed that failure to communicate propagated message has been a major reason for tough conversations. Invariably, handling the difficult conversation requires skill and empathy, but ultimately, it requires the courage to go ahead and do it. But the question is why has it become so important to handle tough conversations. In my view, ‘Keeping our relationships in tact’ is arguably

an important factor for doing so. In order to manage a difficult conversation, one needs to think carefully about the following: Change the mindset: The conversation should be Positive and Constructive rather than Negative and Conflicting. To be calm enough, so the conversation does not turn out to be a hostile one. One should be prepared to be a good listener and understand the point of view. One should not beat around the bush and should come to the point for Short and Positive Conversations.

Most of the times, these conversations occur when other employees might have complained, so action should only be taken once you have confronted him in a positive manner rather than in an argumentative manner. One should not confront in front everyone, rather arrange a time with the employee where you won’t be disturbed and can talk in private. Hence handling difficult conversations is not that too difficult, if we learn the way we communicate, we have ability to take control of our emotions and have a level of Self-belief.
