US President Donald Trump announced yesterday that he will not attend the annual White House Correspondents Association dinner, a high-profile event that draws Celebrities, Politicians and Journalists. He said ‘I will not be attending the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner this year. Please wish everyone well and have a great evening!’, Trump wrote on Twitter. Trump has had a strained relationship with the press, calling Journalists “the enemy of the people” and frequently criticizing outlets and individual reporters whose coverage he does not like. The President’s decision comes a day after Bloom-berg L.P. announced, it would not hold its planned after party for the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner.‘We surveyed some of the past attendees and didn’t get as

much interest in a party this year as we’ve had in the past, so we decided to focus on the dinner and the WHCA’, a Bloom-berg

spokesperson said in a statement. The tense relationship between the Press and Trump escalated on Friday, when White House Press Secretary Sean Spicier caused an uproar by taking the highly unusual step of barring The New York Times, CNN, Politico and

Party-filled weekend has been criticized in the past for creating an overly chummy relationship between the White House Press corps and the administration they cover, but it has become the subject of controversy, since President Trump, who has been

openly antagonistic towards the press, took office in January. Vanity Fair, which has co-hosted the after party with Bloom-berg L.P. in past years, pulled out earlier this month. Vanity Fair editor in Chief Gray don Carter, a longtime foe of Trump’s, cited the new President as a reason for canceling in an e-mail to The New York Times. Fellow Condo Nat title The New York also decided against throwing its annual kickoff party at the French ambassador’s house. According to a report in Buzz Feed, CNN, a recent target of the President’s ire, is still considering whether to attend. Other media organizations, including Time magazine and sibling publication People, MSNBC and other outlets are still mulling their plans for White House Correspondents’ Dinner festivities. The annual dinner will be held on April 29 in Washington.

What followed was a nightmare. She still remembers that people had gathered around the taxi. But no one approached to help her. She saw some of them taking pictures on the phone and also heard someone saying: ‘Did the driver rape you?”

Some guys came forward and helped her out. ‘They found a Police van through and she was put in a Truck. Her face had been badly beaten. She was in a mess. No one was allowing her to see the mirror. Everyone was frightened that She could enter the depression, but She insisted on her mother that She need a mirror that used to look at her in the mirror and slowly helped her to accept her reality in acceptance, She found new strength and began a recovery. On the day of departure, Dr. Savari gave her a beautiful letter in which, he told me that when he looks at her, he sees a silent and resilient fighting spirit. And that is why, even in the dark, She will always find light. Today, that letter travels with her everywhere. There were many people around her parents, her boyfriend and friends, who wanted to see her living, laughing, having fun and having fun. That gave her the fuel to fight. Recovered com-

pletely because of these people. They behaved as if nothing had happened. Just after 25 days, She was discharged from Hinduja, She went back to work, of course with a walking stick. Dr. Savari had told her to make a list of the things she used to do, which she could do after the accident, and she would like to do it. He asked her to put them on a piece of paper. When, She actually sat down and wrote them down, She realized that there was nothing to be left out, even with one eye. That changed her perspective. Glass pieces still there in her body. She has a rod in her leg. Even after 3 surgeries, not 100% vision in one eye, but her life? It’s 100%. She is still with a sense of hope. Its her Doctor’s smile, which gives us a sense of enthusiasm and to keep living the Life with joy.

‘Pen is mightier than the sword’ Power of Journalism

Mohitinder Singh Maan

Jaipur.

Even today in the age of information, everyone wants to be aware about what is happening around then in the world. It is the media that is the source of all the information. In the digital environment in which journalists now work, new facts are being unearthed daily, more audience feedback is being integrated, more voices are being heard; more diverse perspectives on the same news stories are being presented, more stories are available, archived and searchable for Longer periods of time, more men and women of power are being watched more closely and more people are engaged more actively with the changes in the world by taking photos or making videos of key moments, by commenting on blogs, or

by sharing the stories that matter to them. Journalism is broadly divided into two categories – Print and Electronic journalism in the print media consist of Newspaper, journals, magazine and news agencies. On the other hands, Journalism through the electronic medium consists of Television, radio and the internet. If we journalists are in the business of gathering information, interpreting it, and spreading it, we certainly have more means than ever to do so. We are also getting more help, and for free, than we Ever could have imagined. In an unstable and risky world, the public demand for information, analysis, and interpretation seems to be greater than ever.

Review: ‘Iron Throne’. Glory, Gory, Bloodshed and Dragons- this show has it all. Rimjhim Sharma

Jaipur. ‘Game of Thrones’, anyone who’s seen this show gets excited by just listening about this. Images of Jon Snow in black clothes and Sansa Stark, tortured but still strong flashes into one’s mind. The show filmed in the backdrop of a fictional world of kingdoms is a thrilling game of highborn sons and kings fighting for the ‘Iron Throne’. Gory, Bloodshed and Dragons- this show has it all. The show basically has four main houses; Stark, Lannister, Targaryan and Baratheon. The plot revolves

around these houses fighting to not just to win the ‘Iron Throne’, but also surviving the various battles that come their way. Along with a strong male cast there is a series of female actors, who play an exceptional role. Lena Heady, Masie Williams and Sophie Turner deliver awe inspiring performances. The show also features inhuman characters or as they call it ‘The White Walkers’ or ‘The Dead People’, who live on the other side of the ‘Wall’ and wants to end every soul that breaths.
