Christmas for years to come. We just completed a round of three projects with special needs children, chemotherapy patients and leprosy victims in which we sang Christmas carols, helped with their physical needs and shared with them about the

meaning of Christmas. It was a lot of fun, our group grew closer through the experience and we got to share Jesus with some people who may have never heard of him. It was a great way to get into the Christmas spirit even without snow on the ground!

DON’T FORGET ABOUT BIBLE POVERTY THIS YEAR AS YOU CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS WITH YOUR FAMILY. BIBLE POVERTY IS DEFINED AS A LACK OF ACCESS TO THE SCRIPTURES IN A LANGUAGE YOU CAN READ AND UNDERSTAND. THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE IN OUR AREA THAT ARE STILL DISADVANTAGED IN THIS WAY. THIS YEAR AS YOU READ THE CHRISTMAS STORY WITH YOUR FAMILY REMIND YOUR CHILDREN THAT MILLIONS OF KIDS AROUND THE WORLD HAVE NEVER HAD THE PRIVILEGE TO HEAR THAT STORY EVEN ONCE.

WHAT’S COMING UP? We are still on track to finish up our language studies in Chiang Mai within six months. Our goal is to move to a Phu Thai village in Northeast Thailand to begin learning their language and culture, connecting with existing believers in the area (however far away they are) and planting a church in a village that does not yet have one.
