Tailor Two Founded by a duo of experts on art and culture, Tailor Two organizes high profile tours that are customized according to the client’s taste and available time. The tours can either be self-guided if the visitors prefer to tour alone or accompanied by one of our professional guides. They can be walking tours or chauffeured, or a combination of both. Tailor Two covers all the practical details of your visit such as transfers, professional guides, tickets and reservations. If art is the focus of your stay, you can explore an array of paintings, collector’s items and antique furniture stores or focus on the contemporary art scene. Upon request, Tailor Two provides private access to museums and historical sites. Conditions 1. Fares refer to the organization of a professionally guided tour for a maximum of 6 people. 2. Expenses related to tickets purchase or booking service are not included but can be anticipated and reimbursed by invoice. 3. Fares refer to a tour to be organised within the City of Rome. 4. Outside Rome or in the City of Grosseto and Viterbo, prices may be subject to a surcharge that will be estimated at the tour confirmation. 5. The half-day fare refers to a tour from 1 to 4 hours to take place during one of the following time slots: morning (9.00-13.00) or afternoon (14:00 to 18:00); the full-day fare refers to a 5 to 8 hours tour to take place between the morning and afternoon time slots.
6. To tours scheduled across the two time slots of which above, despite they may last less than 4 hours, the full-day fare applies. 7. For tours to take place in the evening time slot (18:00 to 22:00), price will be provided upon request. 8. Any extra hour tour negotiated directly with the guide during a tour will be added to the tour balance at the cost of 75,00 Euro per hour. 9. All devised services are subject to a definitive check once the tour is confirmed. Cancellations 10. No charge for tours cancelled prior to 72 hours. Between 72 and 48 hours, the penalty is 50% of the fare, after 48 hours it’s 100%. 11. Changes in tour scheduling equal to cancellations. 12. Earlier end of a tour equals to a cancellation of the duration deleted. 13. No refund for services and tickets booked or purchased after the tour confirmation even if the tour is rescheduled or cancelled.
