The Chefs, with their sympathy and knowledge, will teach you preparation techniques of two great and tasteful dishes.

This is a very important corner for our starred Chef Michelino Gioia, since the garden is free of fertilizers and organic vegetables are used during the preparation of our unique cuisine. La Posta Vecchia was built over the remains of a Roman Villa 1 , which itself was part of the ancient Roman port town of Alsium, a favourite retreat for many of Rome’s leaders. When J. Paul Getty restored La Posta Vecchia in the Sixties, he unearthed mosaics and artefacts on site 2 3 which he housed in his own private museum. This museum is now open to our guests and our staff will be glad to guide you in an archaeological itinerary.

La Rasenna, Ladispoli 2 One of the most important wine cellar in Ladispoli area, the Estate La Rasenna was born from an idea of a young oenologist Francesco Gambini. Located in Cerveteri, an area well know for a great tradition of wines and good olive oils. La Rasenna produces not only important labels of red and white wines (available in our wine cellars) but also Grappe, honey and many other biological products. The Lake of Bracciano 1 has volcanic origins and three are the towns bordering this area: Bracciano, Anguillara Sabazia and Trevignano Romano. In the last few years the lake and its surroundings have been brought under further protection by the creation of a regional park, the Regional Natural Park of Bracciano Martignano, whose area covers more than 16.000 hectares. Any extra hour tour negotiated directly with the guide during a tour will be added to the tour. 9. All devised services are subject to a definitive check once the tour is confirmed. Cancellations 10. No charge for tours cancelled prior to 72 hours. Between 72 and 48 hours, the penalty is 50% of the fare, after 48 hours it’s 100%. 11. Changes in tour scheduling equal to cancellations. 12. Earlier end of a tour equals to a cancellation of the duration deleted. 13. No refund for services and tickets booked or purchased after the tour confirmation even if the tour is rescheduled or cancelled.
