So-called Indigo- or Chrystal-bairns, who choose satyaga to be able to evolve fast to their enlightenment. We shall have to have the knowledge available and easily accessed and the technique to nýsa niður for them. They will understand better than others. So much deeper and closer to Rรกn, the perfect orderliness, are the thoughts of the pure man. We shall now see that we make our physiology from Gungnir. That we create it every moment with our thoughts all our life. By becoming pure we enjoy purer, and more precise thoughts, quality thoughts, who are in accord and flow with the Laws of Nature (for-seti, pre-sident) whose presidents (forsetar) our gods (guรฐin) are.
The Unified Field of Laws of Nature is oneness. What we perceive is also That. We should know that Glaรฐheimar are our due home.

We will be detached from our ´matter´-world. The world is beautiful in our mind now. The world is even more beautiful for einherjar. What the crude man only sees is instable Gungnir which the senses bring to his mind. We create a world from Gungnir. Each man´s world is as he is. Of the same quality. Yogin and munih, pure men soaring the skies of consciousness, is what awaits us. Soon we shall live Valhöll enlightened living men. We are not synir Óðins (sons of Óðinn). Neither are Huginn and Muninn.

Sons of Óðinn are our cycles. We live them in Nature and in our lives. We make the cycles in the image of the gap. 6 All the Gungnir (vibrations) and Ymir (sounds) that our 5 senses --- corresponding to our 5 höfuðskepnur (elements) --bring to our mind, our brain processes to a virtual reality which is our brain-creation on a kind of flat-screen. We also make male powers and female powers from what ginnungagap allows for. It provides for endless possibilities of creating. In Hnitbjörg Gunnlaðar we find wisdom.

Termed by science as Space-time Foam Our Fólkvangur. Freyja is like afros (Greek s: foam) in the name of Afrodita. Worm-holes lead to the sphere beyond the space-time foam, through the bubbling foam. Ormagöng Óðins to Gunnlöð are, scientifically seen, ways, channels, worm-holes through the space-time froth/foam. Can you imagine the profound science contained in our heritage?! 9 Our forefathers´ incredible knowledge has been drastically misunderstood. Most likely to blame, is men´s low stages of consciousness during the dark ages, kaliyuga, then the wrong imprinting practiced by the institutions, which have world-dominance as their goal, regardless of means to achieve that. Ignorance of the dark ages is fertile soil for such quests. Our heritage slept like The Sleeping Beauty, or as a nut, or a seed. A kiss of love is always the perfect remedy for such illnesses. Brynhildur valkyrja did not live in accordance with the Laws of Nature but decided to go against them. Her intellect mistaken, pradnjaaparadha. Her Urður caused her Verðandi and Skuld. I assume this fable describes us and our lack of understanding (sleep) during the dark ages. Not only some dusty history , but goes for every man on his evolutionary path here and now. Do we forget that we are ginnungagap, because we see with our eyes?

It is said that Mother Nature rejoices every time some man becomes an enlightened einherji. It is also said that the sun dances on Easter morning at sunrise because Jesus is resurrected. We see similar tales in many contexts. Jesus is an enlightened man, one of many. It is a shame how his blessed name is used for power-greed of ignorant men. Many a man does not understand the words of Jesus as their stage of consciousness is not heightened enough to see more than the surface values of life, hear words, but fathom no profundity --
do not know that they create all themselves. Also their understanding or lack of understanding.
11 We understand the stages of consciousness through which we have been. We do not perceive of the ones we do not yet know by our own experience. Many a man does not even know that he is not a highly evolved man. We do see, though, that we live not the lives of animals. Some do not want to see any allegory, because believe in the letter is cherished. Enlightened men often use symbols to explain the unseen. What we seem to be stuck with is the language, the words, not the understanding.

We need to culture our Sleipnir ( = make our nervous system subtle and pure). Miðgarður-Ásgarður sliding smoothly, without any hindrances what so ever. To and fro when we nýsumst niður, föllum aftur þaðan, nýsumst niður...... (transcend, fall from there, transcend,… is how the technique works automatically).
Sleipnir is a worldly organ. The human nervous system is highly evolved. When we make our nervous system (before birth) we start to feel individuality. As we start creating our body, and Sleipnir -- still in mother´s vomb -we become responsible as ek (I). Our Skuld has calculated our fate, according to our Urður and Verðandi.
13 Our delightful symbolic language becomes ever more profound and beautiful the more we think about it, the better we understand it. It has layers, which provide for understanding whichever stage we live. Somebody just has to point out to us what is to be found - deeper, inside. Profound and in layers. Not what meets the eye at first sight. Every time we dive into Ægir, we see more. More and more. Even if a new-born baby, and an embryo, are not really bothering about individuality, they have, all the same, started to create Sleipnir. This very ek (ego, individuality) will gradually hide Mímir out of sight. Just as Véi hylur (covers) Óðinn and Vili, like created worlds and Nature, hide ginnungagap from us. The bairn´s own initiative is to choose to be born to his Skuld be born to his dharma, his Þund and her flow - in his very spot. Here and now.
Even if this body-in-making has not yet used the full creative possibilities, the individual that uses it in this his life-span, the earth-life, could be highly evolved, close to enlightenment, becoming an einherji soon. According to Rígs theory, he has chosen exactly the right spot all by himself, guided by his Urður Verðandi Skuld (Law of Nature).

14 Did you know that we chose to live our next life-span? Did you know Skuld?
--- Did you know that our now forgotten Urรฐur is the cause? --Parents, place, time exact and correct, perfect for our next step forward.
At conception Skuld might be due. Our Skuld whom we have to cope with, but the new body is, to begin with, without stress and impurities. A mother-to-be has to cherish healthy life-style and thoughts. The best thing to give the embryo is parents love to one another. Happy parents. The tiny body should not get poison, junk, lack of love, long before we can defend ourselves. - We make our bodies from what we get. We are finding out how to cope with whatever meets us. Parents and teachers should be pure and wise enough to know what to do and what not to do. They should perform their valkyrja. That act results in correct decisions.

Good for bairns when the grown-ups realize consciousness. A new-born baby might feel the freedom of being consciousness. Who knows? From mother´s womb to breast-feeding perhaps not such a big difference. I wonder if the step from Helja to conception is any big deal. Is it perhaps? Did we come from the freedom, but now feel imprisoned in a little mother´s womb?

What we should seek is Baldur. This is the goal of our life. Nothing else is important compared to that.
Our Valkyrja-performance is the fastest way to Valhöll. Or little by little fast, hmmm? She provides for the best private-bus that goes there regularly. And is FREE. By hnýsast niður, Sleipnir is trained. Our vehicle now sleek, slippery, refined. Sleipnir, the whole nervous system, becomes subtler and purer every time we transcend. By using TM, the technique of the Unified Field, this will be achieved.
17 Iðunn, stands for practicing the UF-technique fruit of nýsa niður. We water the roots, and enjoy the fruits. As easy as can be. Only has to be learned and practiced correctly. TM-technique is automatic, is subtle. That which is easy and natural, needs no effort. - Effort only spoils the process. At the very moment we learn the technique, we start watering the roots. We feel the power and get the optimistic idea that now we can do everything. We should, now, be careful not to promise more and more work, so full of energy -- too concerned with picking the fruits -- that we have no time to water. I warn, because this happens for many a man: Learn TM, energetic, accumulate work -- all is possible -- forget in the joy of energy to perform the transcending-valkyrja. Another warning: There are lots of practices offered on the marked, most of them not leading to transcendence. We might buy concentration and/or contemplation. We could waste a whole life-span -- really striving and wanting -without any gain. We might only tire our brain and strain our physiology. We might even fill our nervous system with more stress instead of releasing stress. Some of them do not lead to yog, union of consciousness. Transcendence can be measured on EEG.

18 Our senses become more refined when we water the roots regularly. They seek more and more beauty, seek the positive, to bring to the refined mind. They align with the orderliness, Rán rögn regin (which literally means orderliness). We do not disturb the flow in consciousness. We start living in flow with Þund. Strengthen positive flow in surroundings, in society. Perfect correlation of brain-waves can be measured (by EEG) when we nýsumst niður, transcend.

We gradually imbibe the harmonizing qualities into our life. To begin with it lasts throughout the day. During the profound calmness, stresses start to dissolve and go away. Sleipnir interprets stress-release as stimuli. -- Sleipnir so spurs our mind, which results in: föllum aftur þaðan (fall out or state of transcendence again). So við nýsum niður, transcend anew. Our brain is specialized in thinking. When we ´fall´ from the 4th into thoughts, we disregard the thoughts and innocently transcend again, as thoughts are only because Sleipnir got a bit exited when accumulated stress got released. Sleipnir is an organ. We are in charge of our body´s activities, and we know how to use the technique correctly. So: stresses get released by the total calmness. Could be old accumulated forgotten stresses. We disregard thoughts during the practice. They are only stress-lease consequences. The technique is not for thinking, but for getting out of the realm of thoughts.
We simply transcend back to Ásgarður.
19 Our all-worldly Sleipnir becomes sleeker by practice. Ever more subtle. He does not stop being an organ. Know our organs to be created and maintained by us. It takes about 1 second to transcend by using the TM-technique. By practicing it regularly we shall soon come home to Valhรถll as einherjar. Perhaps in the present life-span! Mother Nature rejoices. She likes us to see what she is. Where from she comes. Syn becomes glad. All our goddesses, gyรฐjurnar, are filled with happiness when man has reached his 5th and 6th stages of consciousness: Valhรถll. The 7th is also known. It is to live as one with ginnungagap yet walking on earth in our body fully alive, enlightened man who lives Unity. Only ginnungagap is. Nothing other. Our worlds are but ginnungagap. Worlds are ginnungagap -- not even ginnungagap containing worlds but more correctly: worlds are nothing but ginnungagap. Actually It does not create our worlds, We think them. Our thoughts create them. Freyja as space-time foam is our universe, and we claim to see it. What we call for a world, is the dance of triguna -- away from which Sleipnir carries us, Worlds are simply Gungnir and Ymir, --- contain the prefect orderliness of ginnungagap and all Its possibilities.

20 Sleipnir is trained by the practice. Becomes sleeker and finer day by day. Ever less affected by the world´s perpetual change and un-predictability, Our physiology will be free from impurities, ignorance, stress, sin. Our thoughts, acts, words, become harmonized by the perfect Infinite Correlation. 7th stage of consciousness of man is brahman-chetana, That is the life of all enlightened men. Jesus tries to tell us --- and we either claim that to be: * really remarkable and worth trying or, as some see it: * sheer rubbish-talk. Perhaps Jesus gave those who understood a technique? Men who live this highest stage, need not get born into a body again. It has been completed. Dvija (twice-born). How?: The delightful, symbolic language: hang á meiði/tree/cross in dhyaana. ´Accomplished´ is living the 7th stage, Unity. We talk about our pure physiology, our pure nervous system, refined senses, -- all of course all-worldly, created by our thoughts. The purified and prefect Sleipnir, still is, of course, a worldly creation only now has become perfected. Sleipnir serves his owner. The one that lives in this body. Sleipnir, who easily slips through the 8-fold creation of: ek (I) - intelligence - intellect - mind - and 5 höfuðskepnur/elements. But would it be possible to evolve to even subtler and finer stages? Further evolve our now perfect nervous system? In the year 1974 Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the enlightened man, was asked if the nervous system of an enlightened could evolve to something even finer even purer even more divine than being a worldly organ, perfect and pure:
21 -As we can build houses using all kinds of material, iron, stone, concrete, timber, glass, plastic, and our house will have qualities according to which material we chose and use so we could just as well imagine a nervous system made of so refined material that it could hardly be seen as that coarse material we know even if it still were all-worldly and created. Like the faintest pale-pink colour that we do not perceive can colour the petal of a rose pink, dark or light pink, then it might also be possible that something created could be finer and subtler than this we know and from that even more subtle nervous system than we now know could be made. Maharishi smilingly added: -Well - if that is not so, that does not matter ! and the listeners laughed together with him. An enlightened man´s bliss is so flawless and sincere.
