The Regent Hotel Beijing can't hide the excitement for the arrival of their Daccapo restaurant's new chef de cuisine Samuel Zucca, who was born with a gift for preparing authentic Italian cuisine. Growing up in a famous wine-producing region provided Chef Zucca with many exciting wine pairing ideas and through his experience of working at Michelin restaurants and numerous luxury properties, he has always pushed the boundaries of Italian cuisine. Northern Italy native Chef Samuel Zucca recently landed in Beijing to head up “Daccapo” at the Regent Beijing. Uno dei più quotati e giovani chef a livello internazionale è il gradese trentanovenne Samuel Zucca, nato a Grado da mamma gradese, Maria Marchesan. Samuel ha vissuto a Grado fino a 12 anni, prima di trasferirsi con la famiglia a Cervignano. Oggi opera come primo chef del “Daccapo”, ristorante a cinque stelle della famosa catena di alberghi Regent, in quel di Pechino. Prima di approdare in Cina, Samuel ha lavorato in importanti locali in tutto il mondo: in Inghilterra , Germania, Corea, Vietnam, Thailandia, Australia, Stati Uniti. Tra i suoi piatti famosi, naturalmente, non manca il “boreto alla gradese”…
