2016 NETBALL NSW STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS MASTERS GUIDE

Welcome A very warm welcome to everyone involved with the 2016 Netball NSW State Championships – Masters, being held at our state-of-theart facilities at Netball Central in Sydney’s premier sporting precinct, Sydney Olympic Park. Traditionally held over the June long weekend every year as part of the State Championships, in 2016 the Masters Divisions have been moved to a stand-alone weekend for the very first time. Firstly, I would like to thank Probuild who are the proud major partner of the 2016 Netball NSW State Championship – Masters and who are also responsible for the grand building in which the competition is being held. Since opening its doors in December 2014, Netball Central has played host to some of the best netball talent on display – from Netball NSW Schools Cup to the Australian Diamonds; and now we welcome athletes from all over the state who will be participating in the Over 35 and Over 40 age-groups for State Championships – Masters.

sport as a whole; we sincerely appreciate your efforts and would like to say a huge thank you. Whether you are participating in the State Championships – Masters for the first time, or don’t wish to name just how many times you’ve been involved, I have no doubt you will enjoy the atmosphere, the passion and the sportsman-ship on display. I look forward to a wonderful weekend of netball – enjoy everyone! Yours in netball,

Carolyn Campbell Cheif Executive Officer Netball NSW
