NATROFLEX AL BE OPEN DI BRESCIA
NATROFLEX AT THE Be Open IN BRESCIA
Lo scorso 24 maggio si è tenuto a Brescia il secondo appuntamento del 2018 di BeOpen, l’evento itinerante dedicato al settore serramento che coinvolge l’Italia da nord a sud, organizzato dal Consorzio Nazionale dei Serramentisti in collaborazione con le CNA locali. BeOpen è rivolto in particolare a serramentisti in legno, alluminio, pvc e sistemi misti, a rivenditori, installatori, imprese edili, posatori, progettisti, tecnici, fornitori della filiera e operatori di settore. Un pubblico ampio, che viene invitato a prendere parte a un’intera giornata di aggiornamento e approfondimento, consulenze, confronto e scambio di know-how. L’edizione di quest’anno prevede 8 location, coinvolge 125 partner e 60 tra seminari e convegni: numeri importanti, di cui tenere conto quando si guarda alla propria azienda in un’ottica di miglioramento. Gli appuntamenti di BeOpen sono un’occasione preziosa per focalizzarsi sulla crescita professionale e per espandere la propria rete di contatti. Basti pensare che al solo evento di Brescia hanno partecipato 510 serramentisti. Le tematiche affrontate sono state tante e varie: dalle novità normative rappresentate dalle UNI EN ISO 10077-1:2018 e UNI EN ISO 10077-2:2018 in materia di trasmittanza termica dei serramenti, del telaio e dei cassonetti, alle opportunità di mercato generate dalla loro pubblicazione. Particolare risalto è stato dato al tema della sicurezza e ai prodotti antieffrazione, oltre che alla contrattualistica e alle garanzie in fatto di compravendita, posa in opera e appalto, e alle responsabilità legali dei serramentisti. Anche noi di Nastroflex eravamo presenti all’evento di maggio, unendoci alla folta schiera di partner di BeOpen e portando la nostra esperienza professionale in materia di levigatura e finitura del legno. La realizzazione di un buon serramento non può prescindere dall’utilizzo di materiali di qualità, rifiniti con cura. Ogni essenza presenta delle caratteristiche proprie, e i prodotti abrasivi devono essere in grado di soddisfare le specificità che la lavorazione dei diversi tipi di materiale

Le prestazioni migliori, dovendo lavorare con essenze dalle diverse caratteristiche, possono essere offerte solo da prodotti specifici progettati ad hoc, e che non hanno bisogno di essere riadattati allo scopo, cosa che accade invece, per forza di cose, con i prodotti generici. Last 24 May the second appointment of the 2018 BeOpen was held in Brescia, a travelling event dedicated to the doors and windows sector and embracing Italy from north to south. It is organized by the National Consortium of Door and Window Makers in collaboration with local CNAs [Crafts and Small Business Consortiums]. BeOpen is intended for door and window makers working with wood, aluminium, PVC, and mixed systems, as well as retailers, fitters, building companies, layers, designers, technical experts, production chain suppliers, and other operators in the sector. and UNI EN ISO 10077-2:2018 regarding thermal conductivity of doors, windows, frames, and blinds, as well as the market opportunities deriving from their publication. Particular emphasis was paid to the theme of security and burglar-proof products, along with contracting and guarantees involved in transactions, installation, and tendering, not forgetting the legal responsibilities of door and window makers. Nastroflex also took part at the May event, joining a large gathering of BeOpen partners and offering our professional experience in wood finishing and polishing. The creation of good door and window fittings necessarily requires the use of high quality materials, finished with care. Every wood variety has its own properties and the abrasive products must be capable of satisfying specific requirements in the processing of the different types of timber. We presented the experts in the sector with the range of abrasive paper produced by Nastroflex and demonstrated how these enable multiple combinations specifically designed to meet the need for abrasive durability, and most importantly for quality finishing. The best performance, when working with wood varieties presenting different characteristics, can only be achieved using dedicated products designed for the purpose, without the need for adaptive measures which happens instead when using generic products. The Nastroflex range presented at BeOpen included top and bottom belts (F957, Open Max, Naxomax/R Ant, Naxostat/R, F248 A, 220 R, 431 RS) and discs (Lonbrade, RRB, Mesh, C832 S), guaranteeing optimum results for smoothing timber door and window frames.
