Camps include sports, art, adventure, and science for campers of all ages. Learn more on page 8. The YMCA Riverbank Run is back for its 47th year! Join us on Saturday, April 27, as we raise money for YMCA programs. Run the 1-Mile, 5K, or 10K. Looking for a challenge? Run all three races in our signature event, the Trifecta (10.321 miles)! Join us as we raise money for YMCA programs while winding through scenic downtown Missoula and the beautiful University of Montana campus. DROP OFF CARE CHILD WATCH CENTER: (6 weeks through 7 years) The Missoula YMCA is happy to care for your children ages 6 weeks through 7 years while you are in the YMCA facility. Children ages 6 weeks through 24 months are welcome for up to 1.5 hours per day; children ages 2 years through 7 years may join us for two hours per day. Only a parent, grandparent, or legal guardian may sign a child in and out of the Child Watch Center. Parents are encouraged to arrive 10–20 minutes early to ensure a spot. SUMMER CAMP AT THE MISSOULA YMCA Get ready for your best summer ever, right here at the Missoula YMCA! Each camp offers its own special activities, plus campers attending full-day camps will have the opportunity to swim at the YMCA pool. Please send your child with a labeled swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and reusable water bottle each day.

BREAKFAST, LUNCH, & SNACK In addition to fun activities, camps include breakfast, lunch, and snack options with fresh produce and whole grains to help campers gain and maintain energy throughout the day. All food meets Y-HEPA (Healthy Eating and Physical Activity) Standards. Campers may choose to bring their own healthy lunch, if they’d prefer.

BEFORE & AFTER CARE All Missoula YMCA full-day camps include Sunrise/Sunset Care—the YMCA’s before and after care program! Camp programs run Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Campers may be dropped off at the Missoula YMCA as early as 7:30 a.m. and picked up as late as 6:00 p.m. A $30 late fee will be charged for any pickup after 6:00 p.m.

Registration for 2019 YMCA Summer Camp is going on now! Sign up today by visiting ymcamissoula.org/camps, calling 721-9622, or stopping by the Missoula Family YMCA at 3000 S. Russell St. A one-time $15 registration fee* is required for each camper. A nonrefundable deposit of $25 per camp holds your spot and is applied to the total camp fee.

The remaining camp balance is due no later than 7 days before campers start their registered camp week. Financial assistance is available to qualifying campers. Financial assistance applications must be completed 7 days prior to registration. *Camp Imagination has a one-time supply fee of $50 ($75 total if registering 2+ children from the same household). Financial assistance is available.

YMCA SUMMER CAMP BIG SKY ADVENTURES (Entering grades 4–7) Raft, swim, hike, climb, and camp in our Big Sky Adventures day camp! It’s a full week of adventures to some of Missoula’s favorite outdoor spots. Plus, campers will have an overnight adventure to CampLand on Thursday night! FEE $241 • $221 w/ YMCA Family Membership

CAMP PONDEROSA (Entering grades 1–7) Travel to CampLand along the Clark Fork River for gaga ball, our low ropes course, archery, and other outdoor activities! Weekly themes, and trips to the lake and Forest Service lands will keep each week fresh and exciting. Camp divided by grade. CULINARY (Entering grades 4–7) Get creative in the kitchen! Join us for a week of cooking tasty food in the Missoula Food Bank kitchen. Create your own cookbook, visit local gardens, and learn about nutrition from a culinary artist. FEE $197 • $177 w/ YMCA Family Membership

DANCE (Ages 4–6 and entering grades 2–6) Spend a week trying various styles of dance including, ballet, modern, and jazz. The group will learn a routine together to perform at the end of the week for families! Campers will learn specifics about positions, formations, and types of plays. Football camp begins with Signing Day and ends with the Super Bowl on Friday! BARRE: Set to fun, energetic music, this class offers you an upper body workout with weights, lower body exercises at the barre, and high-intensity core throughout!

BBARRELESS: A fusion-style class with a true Pilates foundation. Performed to the beat of the music. A perfect mind-body connection fused with dance, Pilates, and yoga!

CORE: Incorporates exercises that strengthen the powerhouse: abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. Increases overall strength, core stability, and agility.
