This months challenge for team amazing leadership team!! ! Click here Every successful person has a plan! Intention is the name of the game! So what's your your routine?!

!

It is so important that you get a daily routine that you follow religiously! Check out the book Compound Effect! This books talks about how the little things that you do on a consistent basis over time add up. I speak from 4 years of experience and seeing many distributors fail and succeed when I tell you that the difference between the ones that have quit and the ones still standing was their consistency and intent. The people that did something for their business every day, no matter how small, are the ones that promote! Getting in a solid routine will be the reason you are still here in five years and retired!!

It's not about day in and out working 40 hrs. That will be the only way to see success! The average person putting in about 10 to 15 hrs. A week can easily go to the top. I myself was working 60 hrs. A week with five busy children at my waitressing job all the way to triple diamond. So how did I do it! I was intentional with my spare time and I made sure I did something for my business every day! At first I felt like nothing was happening. That I was working very hard for little benefit. But suddenly my day in and day out efforts starting coming full circle. It's kind of like Faith. You believe in something with all your heart without being able to see or touch it! You have to have faith that what your doing will pay off.!

!

So what did I do to stay intentional? First of all I wrote down my goals! I wrote down an immediate short term goal, then where I wanted to be in 3 months, then in 6 , and lastly where I wanted to be within one year. I also wrote down my schedule and exactly what I was going to be doing when I was not at work to grow my business! I made sure I had started my.100's list as a plan of attack! I.also made sure that every second I was not at work I was wearing an It Works Shirt. I made sure I was equipped with blitz cards and I was very intentional about incorporating them into my life! I also made a dream board so that I could begin to see the little things that were being attained to keep me going. Lastly, I made sure every night I created my Six List which was the six things I would do the following day for my business. !

!

I posted on social media three times a day tho begin building my market. At first nothing came from it, but as people started to see my life change and the fact I was serious and passionate about it they slowly one by one began coming around! Again it was being consistent even when I was not seeing results that lead to great things. I probably handed out 200 or so blitz cards before I actually got someone interested. There were times I wondered would this ever happen for me or maybe I wasn't hours at it but I stayed the coarse anyway! !

!

The worst thing you can do and it's also very unlikely to get you anywhere is inconsistency! Doing something for a week then nothing for two will not get you anywhere! No one around you will take you or your business seriously without seeing you do it every day. It is your passion and excitement each day that will begin rubbing off on others. The more life changes that happen for you by letting the products change you and letting the opportunity change your life style, the more people will begin to knock on your door! !

!

Treat this like a business and the possibilities are endless! A hobby is something a person does once in awhile for extra cash but a business is something you do every day with consistency and passion! If your waking up each morning thinking about It Works and going to bed each night dreaming about it.....then your headed in the right direction!

Expos, Events & Network Marketing

Ideas for Expo

--Look up Expo Events in your local area. This product is untapped in most markets and there is a lot of growth you can experience 
 --Split the expo cost with several team members. This is a great place to do some training and build your team together! And it is FUN!
 --Talk to your sponsor about how to market to the specific type of customers that you will meet at an expo. It is important that you know your audience, e.g •!

If you’re doing an Esthetician Expo you'll be emphasizing the facial and skin care products as you prove with the applicator that our products are unique, and do indeed work

•!

If you're doing a Massage Therapist Convention, you would emphasize the healing characteristics of the wrap

•!

If you're selling to a Spa or Salon owner, you would emphasize how the facials and wraps can be added into their business with no additional labor costs or additional utilization of the facilities...just pure profit.

If you're doing a Bridal Expo, you would emphasize the speed by which our products work -- so the bride can be "bikini ready" by her honeymoon vacation, or the Bridesmaids can look great in their gowns in time for the first fitting, and the parents can dazzle the crowds with their youthful faces thanks to the facial products!

....Expo Goals

--Get the Applicator on people!!! 
 The first goal of an expo is to wrap people AT the event! We typically have a wrapping booth and are able to wrap people for $20 - $30 at the show. This gives us 2 unique opportunities to talk with them about their health or occupation: while we are wrapping them and while we are unwrapping them! 
 While the client is wrapping we are able to ask specific questions about their health and talk with them about the other products in our product line, including the Defining Gel and Supplements. 
 
 --Sign up Loyal Customers and Distributors 
 The second goal of an expo is to sign up loyal customers and distributors. Unwrapping the client is a perfect time to talk with them about how they can “get some product to use at home” or how this can be implemented in their salon/day spa.

--Party Sign-ups!

Another goal for expos is to obtain party leads. Party's are the cheapest and sometimes most effective way to build your business. These party leads need to be followed up with the WEEK after the expo to schedule a date on the calendar. It is always best if the hostess has tried the wrap herself so that she knows what to tell her friends and family who are coming to the party.
 
 --Retail Sales
 The final goal of an expo is to sell the product at retail. If someone does not want to commit to the 3 month autoship program, then selling the product at retail is the next solution. Make sure to get their information, as they will certainly want to become a loyal customer after their bought product is gone!!
 
 --Tap Into Other Vendors
 One untapped resource at expos are the OTHER VENDORS! Typically, other vendors are business people who see the value of our product and LOVE the buzz that our booth creates. We have gotten our best distributors from talking to other vendors at the expo. Don't be afraid to walk around, mingle, and step outside the 10 x 10 booth! Ask the producer of the event if they could provide a vendor list at end of show to begin building relationship with those we have not achieved one on one contact with.

--Gather Contacts
 Offer a "Free Wrap" lottery as a means to gather contact information from people who visit your booth, but don't want to try the wrap right then. As soon as you can get to a computer, enroll all of these visitors in your some type of email marketing program, I personally use www.AceofSales.com They could be very interested in the wrap, and could well have witnessed the excitement at your booth when the cow bells ring, and inch losses are announced. 
 Many people will believe that the wraps really do work based on seeing it work on others, and the customer generator could easily be all they need to make a commitment, and order products. Follow up as soon as you can on the phone, while they still remember the wrap and still feel the excitement. 
 An Expo or Tradeshow is another piece to marketing the It Works product line. Enjoy the experience as you build a residual income that will change you and your family's life.

It’s based on a true life story about how a man fought his way from struggles with his family, his finances to the point of homelessness to eventually setting up a brokerage firm. !

The lessons you will take away from this movie are; 1. Persistence is key
 Although Chris faced many setbacks in the movie, he never stopped trying. His persistence gave him success eventually. 2. Have hunger for success
 Chris had extreme hunger for success in his life, and it contributed to his persistence. He had lost everything in his life, and it was his hunger to get out of the rut that brought him to his eventual success. In order to find success you have to fail first but the only way to truly fail is to quit trying. When did we add our AMAZING supplements to our product line?
