MEET LISA'S 2015 LEADERSHIP COUNCIL!!! Hey there I'm Angela Jockett! I live in Gilbert, Arizona now, but originally from Delta, Ohio. I am married to an amazing man, James Yeager and we have 3 children, Tyler who is 14, Alyssa who is 14 and our little guy Isaiah who is 7. From the time I was little, I had a passion for helping people change their life and become all they were created to be. I love helping people discover their God-given talents and teaching them how to grow their income while improving the lives of others! It Works has been that vehicle that allows me to do just that! I have been with It Works for a little over 4 years now and have helped inspire 1000's of average, ordinary, everyday people like myself, to live on purpose for a purpose. My purpose is to inspire and help YOU become all God created you to be and change the world one person at a time!

My name is Cathie Peterson and I am a Triple Diamond with It Works! I was a hair stylist for almost 8 years when this business came into my life. I have always been a stay at home mom to my 4 awesome kids: Jakob-10, Sam-9, Sawyer-6 and Ben-5. My husband Matt and I have been married for over 12 years and he is definitely my better half. I have a very outgoing personality and my poor husband does his best to reign me in! He is my number 1 fan and has supported me 150% from day one of joining this business. We joined this business to better our situation and didn't realize at all it was going to change our lives. I joined in August of 2012 and in less than 2 years I qualified for $60,000 in bonus money alone! From January to June of 2014 we paid off $40,000 in debt and now we only have our mortgage. We have made so many life changing friendships with It Works, we are completely blessed. 4

Hi! My name is Elaine Simonsen! I'm married to Matt Simonsen and live in Elko, Nevada (not Las Vega$). We live in the northeastern corner of the state by Idaho and Utah. I've been an It Works Independent Distributor since September of 2012. I barrel race in open competitions with dreams of Going Pro. I enjoy riding the 94' Road King custom (USA Girl) built for me by my husband and going on charity rides together to help organizations such as pediatric cancer fund raisers along with the Ronald McDonald house. BLITZING..... Have you really thought about it? Is it selling? Or Is it Sharing? I vote SHARING! WHY? You are walking around the mall with a lanyard around your neck that glitters like diamonds or flashy lime green bling, hanging at the end of it is your “blitz card” with the word “ASK ME!” GUESS WHAT? Someone does! Do you hand them a card and start spewing out the list of products that you know by heart because you watched and studied every video and read the esuite documents end to end? Or do you hand them a card and say nothing. Giving them a chance to look at the before and after picture and the words “have you tried this crazy wrap thing?” They ask you” what is it?” and bang you have a blitz conversation started. You get to SHARE your personal story about this Crazy wrap and how it has affected you! Not a script from a manual on how to sell, just your honest, heartfelt, story about you! They are intrigued and want to know more! You ask them if you can friend request them right away on facebook so they can see your pictures and now they ask how they can try it! You get their info right there so you can send them your website link to their phone and now you have contact information! Guess what? You can send them an online invite to our wrap parties so they can see it without obligation and all that’s left is follow up! Congratulations! You just blitzed!

MEET LISA'S 2015 LEADERSHIP COUNCIL!!! Jodi Buschur- Triple Diamond For those of you who don’t know me, I am a Triple Diamond with It Works and I will celebrate my 3 year anniversary on December 30th of this year. I have been married to my husband, Trent (who is a Diamond) for almost 22 years and I am a mother of six beautiful daughters Kayla 21 (Diamond), Brianna 19 (almost Diamond), and my future wrapstars Madison 15, McKenna 13, Reese 9, and Rya 8. In July of this year I was able to retire from 18 years as an Interior Designer so I can now be a SAHM and do It Works full time! This company has allowed me to believe in myself and feel a sense of great accomplishment! Previous to It Works I was always that “17 year old married and pregnant girl who eventually dropped out of college and was always having babies!” I never would dream of someday working for a Christian based company, being a leader to the most amazing team, and having friendships like no other! My favorite part of this journey is being able to change the lives of others, to share my Faith and be a witness of God’s Love! I am so very humbled that God would choose this path for me to be a blessing in people’s lives! This company, my team, my uplines and sidelines and of course the products have forever changed my life and I am forever grateful! We all have been given a GIFT to share with everyone! Some of you may know me from my silly videos I post of my singing my little heart out. *singing I say lightly* I love having a great time and I feel music is away to filter anything and everything you are feeling! I am married to the love of my life Chad!! We are a blended family! I have a son, Austin 16 and step-son Jacob, 13. We have been married for 7 years and he is my biggest supporter!! We live in the small town of Roanoke, IN I joined this business to just make a little extra money. I didn't plan on quitting my job to do this Crazy Wrap thing full time!!! I never thought I would be retired from corportate Ameraica at the age of 34! But God had other plans for me and my family! I can tell you right here right now that if you really treat this business like a business then anything you want will happen and it will pay you like a business. If you treat it like a hobby it will pay like a hobby! Find out what you want, make a plan and go for it! NOTHING CAN STOP YOU THEN! My name is Tawnia Owens, Double Diamond with It Works! Global. My story is similar to many. I had a very strong “WHY” as to WHY I needed something in my life to change. I left Spring Creek, NV back in 2011 where I resided with my husband and 4 kids in a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 story house. Our income was over 10k a month. Things didn’t work out in my 17 year marriage and I opted to move back to Boise, Idaho where I lived a majority of my teenage life. Starting over was rough. I had NO income and I started working at a high end salon in downtown Boise. My kids and I moved to a 2 bedroom apartment above my mom. This was hard for me and definitely an adjustment. The hardest thing was seeing my son give up his room in Spring Creek for a spot on the couch. He had no place of his own. No where to put his toys or even to have his friends stay over. It was heartbreaking and still brings me to tear to talk about. I was blessed to see the workings of this “magic wrap” as I witnessed a two day wrap-a-thon at the salon I worked in. I didn’t know at the time it was an MLM. I saw skinny YOGA girls who were claiming inch loss and it not only had me intrigued but I was actually quit amazed. My own personal wrap results weren’t as phenomenal and that was disappointing… However, I had a co-worker, about 3 weeks later, approach me in the break room. She said “Tawnia, you should do this”.. I said “do what?” She said “You should sell these wraps, you would be good at it” , to which I replied “YOU CAN SELL THESE THINGS??” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I had been privy and quite successful in another direct sales company, and I knew in that moment that GOD had blessed me with an amazing opportunity that was literally going to change my life!! I marched right into my bosses office and told her to sign me up. I didn’t ask how much it cost and I actually borrowed from my rent money to buy my business cause I knew in that moment I was going to “be rich”. Needless to say, I was successful. I become Diamond within 5 months with the business. I got the G.O.O.D bonus and right after conference, 13 months after I started, I became a Double Diamond (There is power in going to conference that you just can’t describe!) I now live in a 5 bedroom 3 bath home of my own and do not receive one dime of child support. I do this on my OWN. I own my own time. I go to activities for the kids, I get to live comfortably, and I get to help others see their own dreams become a reality.

TIP OF THE MONTH What do I LOVE about this business. ....EVERYTHING! I remember when I first signed up how nervous I was and there are so many things I wish that I knew in the beginning that would have made getting started much easier! There are several things I wish someone would have told me so I could have started sooner! Here are the top 10 things I wish I had known before signing up. Hopefully it can help someone that you are talking to about the business right now make the jump! 1) I wish I knew that I didn't have to know everything! I was so nervous to get started because I had only tried 1 product and I had no idea what I was doing! Once I got started I realized very quickly that my fear was unfounded. I didn't need to know anything! I was just excited! And all those things that I thought I should know but didn't. ....well, most of those things I didn't even need to know and the ones I did were taught to me little by little. 2) I wish I would have known that I didn't need a ton of extra time! One of the biggest reasons I took so long to get started was that fear that I wouldn't have any time to be successful at it. Again I realized quickly that the majority of this business was being built doing what I normally did! I didn't need much extra time! In fact up until I hit Triple Diamond which is an average income of about 90 Grand a year, I was still working full time with 5 busy kids! It's actually an advantage in this business if you have a busy schedule because it means you see people! 3) I wish I would have known that the 80bv autoship and 20 dollar website was no big deal! I was so worried I wouldn't be able to afford it and worse yet I would lose my family even more money by doing this business. In fact that 80bv autoship had me scared to death! What I realized is that it wasn't a big deal at all! I needed wraps to sell if I wanted to make money and that is what I ordered and made all my money Back every month that I spent on my autoship. Just by following the 3 steps I profited my very first month. It's usually the biggest concern with every DT I sign up but they all realize they were worried for nothing just like I was! 4) I was scared I would fail because I had never done a business like this before. What I found out was that anyone can do this business and you didn't need any prior experience. In fact most the people I was meeting had never done a business like this and they were succeeding! 5) I was afraid I was getting involved in a pyramid scheme/scam. What I found out is I was just uneducated and didn't understand the difference between an MLM and Scams. Pyramid scams have no products and are just an exchange of money also in a pyramid no one can pass the person that signed them up. MlM's have a REAL product and we pay REAL Taxes! There were also MLM companies owned by huge business people like Donald Trump and Warren Buffet. In fact it is the #1 way for an average ordinary person to start a viable business and become financially free.


6) I wish someone would have told me that in some cases friends and family may not be supportive right out of the gate. I was expecting everyone I knew to be just as excited as I was but my mom and sister were the first two people I approached and both shot me down. It was kind of a blow that the two people I counted on were not receptive. But.....what I realized is that timing is everything and not everyone is going to be as excited for you or believe what you believe. Letting people come to you when it comes to your warm market is key. My mom and my sister are both Distributor's now but it took a year and a half. I'm so glad I didn't listen to my first instinct which was to quit because they didn't see what I saw! 7) I wish I wouldn't have "convinced" Or "persuaded" people into signing up in the beginning. I thought it was a race and that as long as I got people in it didn't matter if they worked! That is not the case! Take your time and ask the right people to join you. If you ever feel like your pushing or convincing someone. ..STOP. With the right people you will grow a solid strong business plus you won't push people in when it's just not their "time" and ruin their chances in the future! 8) I wish that I would have listened when my upline told me to go to trainings and get on every call. I didn't do that right out of the gate because I didn't think I needed to do those kinds of things to become a success. The bottom line was that once I finally went I regretted not going sooner and getting my team there! If I would have I would have kept more team members and got over some walls easier because I would have had that belief and support system. There is not 1 Ambassador that will tell you that trainings were not key in them getting to Ambassador. ..just sayin. 9) I wish someone would have told me to not do everything for my team members. I was so busy in the beginning building everyone else's businesses and even when they tried I stepped in. I would print things out that I should have been encouraging new DTs to do and doing everyone's parties. What I didn't realize was I wasn't helping them be successful and teaching them how to do it on their own. Because of that I wasn't out building my own business the way I could have been. I'm glad I learned but not soon enough that I am hear to guide and mentor but not DO IT for everyone. 10) I wish someone would have told me that people quit. That people will sign and give up! That when they do its not my fault and their WHY simply wasn't big enough. I thought everyone I signed would stay with me and felt the same way I did. ...but that definitely was not the case. In fact I almost quit because others were quitting. Can you imagine if I would have given up on my dreams because someone else did? I definitely wouldn't be here right now! 11) I know I said 10 but I just thought of 1 more! I wish I would have known to keep it simple. Don't complicate anything. Follow the 3 steps. ..teach the 3 steps ....and then do them again. I made it so much harder in the beginning because I thought they seemed to easy and that there had to be a better more complicated way that was getting people to ambassador. I thought that the steps to success were just something they told new people and then the people making the real money were doing something different. I was so wrong and I wish I would have made it easier from day 1 and followed the program. So there ya go. Hopefully this helps some of you newbies and some of your prospects considering jumping in! Getting Your Mind Right Throw Away The Excuse Jar So many times people do not reach their dreams and goals and succeed in business because they do not finish what they start. People get this fire within them, they are super pumped up, goals and dreams set in play, and then challenges arise. Speed bumps stop them. Of course we don’t want to admit that we are quitters so it is easier to make excuses or blame someone or something for our failures. We all carry an excuse jar around with us daily, and then when something difficult arrises or something challenges us we come up with excuses: ~I don’t have enough time ~My life is just too chaotic ~3 people refused my blitz card ~I don’t have the money to run my autoshipment ~Two parties cancelled on me ~my family doesn’t support me ~my friend signed as an LC with someone else ~my commission check went down ~my kids are sick ~I didn’t have a babysitter ~I’m afraid It’s time to SHATTER THAT EXCUSE JAR! Go get an “I WILL” jar and fill it with everything that you WILL accomplish! Stop making excuses and start doing what God is telling you to do! He gave you this business to be a blessing to others! Stop looking at Fears and Weaknesses! It is through our fears and weaknesses that God shows His strength! Those excuses will hold you back! So it’s time to start saying “I WILL” and make it happen!!! 18

Triple Diamond Elizabeth Houlihan Ahhh Haaa Learning Moments! My first full year working from home. This past year there have been many Ahh Haaa Moments for me....

1. Make a list at the END of your day, it help me be accountable to myself! There is nothing more frustrating to the mighty brain than not knowing what you are actually supposed to be doing with your day and lists are great for that. Making your tomorrow’s list at the end of today’s day is the smartest way to ensure you’re working efficiently from the get-go each morning. At the end of each day you will know exactly which tasks you have already worked on and the ones you need to prioritize in order to be able to work seamlessly from this point onward the following day. Many Leaders on this team refer to it as you 6 LIST. Lisa Fuller has even encouraged us to do a 6 List for our personal lives and a 6 LIST for our business. This list is part of your daily routine, like brushing your teeth! 2. Difficult tasks go first, Because we all, me included, can and often do procrastinate!! YIKES! Did you know that most convicts are granted parole from hearings that are held in the mornings? Experts have put this down to natural physiological needs of the judges to need food and rest as the day wears on. Can you imagine something as sensitive and life affecting as prisoners and judges being affected by a little bread and butter? Insane right, but ‘tis true and the same goes for us civilians too; we have the most energy first thing in the morning until around midday and then a surge again after eating lunch, but that starts to dwindle around 4pm – so spend your mornings doing the tough stuff. 3. Play in your work day, without a plan... yaaaa not a good thing! We become smarter workers when we dedicate specific time slots and time frames for our daily activities and this should include fun things to keep you happy during your work day. And remember point 2 about the convicts and judges – so playtime should be after 4pm when your brain is at its mushiest anyway. Laughing.... we need to keep that after 4 time for listening to teaching calls, team calls, personal development. Our focused time needs to be on Revenue generating tasks! Booking events, parties, customer follow up, training new DT's....


4. Find freedom in a Procrastination Pad...I am a day dreamer are you??? Ooh boy this is my favorite work toy and you have no idea of the pure freedom you’ll give your mind until you start using this. It is the simplest tool that has a massive impact on the work day. All you need is a small and unserious notepad onto which you will jot down every tiny thing you think of that could potentially distract you from the task at hand. When you have a spare moment, and ONLY when you have a spare moment, allow yourself to review the list on your notepad and do the things you have time for. Whether it is reading that article, checking phone messages, or ‘quickly’ visiting that website – whatever it is, put that little unproductive distraction safely to bed on the Procrastination Pad. That list can be done AFTER you finish your 6 LIST! 5. Work for an hour at a time, We don't have unlimited concentrations.....we are HUMAN We can’t help but become lethargic and lose concentration after sitting for hours at a desk, this is to do with a reduction in glucose levels, staying in the same place for too long and usually not doing much else than staring at a screen while you do your daily tasks. For super productivity, creativity and extended energy levels it is advised to take tiny breaks often throughout the day. Have a timer (silent, but flashy) on your phone that you set for 60 minutes, when it goes off you must stand up and leave your desk for 3-4 minutes. When you return to your desk set the timer for 60 minutes again. During those break periods try NOT thinking about the task you were working on. Aim to drink a small glass of water during each break and find fresh air if possible, but even a gentle walk around the building or a chat with a colleague or finding a quiet place to stretch is perfect time spent too. 6. When you find your day, your path not staying on course... PRAY Really, ask for divine intervention to help you make decisions and choose the perfectly timed actions on your behalf to grow your business and enrich your life ! Faith and Prayer are key elements in stretching your resources and time is a valuable resource I hope you find these Ahhh Haaa momentshelpful ....Wasting a day ... is giving up your time and your time is very valuable. CLOSING THE DEAL by: Double Diamond Angela Jockett

The art of the close is all about building trust. Closing the deal doesn’t happen at the end, it actually starts at the very beginning when you walk in to the party or the one on one consultation. You have to connect with your prospects. Don’t tell them things. Ask more leading questions and help them come to a decision. People may need what you have to offer but you have to be on the same emotional level to close the deal. This may happen fast or it may take you some time and following up with them. Don’t waste your time trying to sell It Works and how great our products may be. Sell yourself, be a problem solver and helper. Remember people buy from people so you have to learn how to be really good at becoming relatable with people. You have to have a real concern for people’s needs and make sure they feel that you are there to help them and not just take their money and run. First thing you need to do is build rapport. Rapport is getting on well with another person, or group of people, by having things in common this makes the communication process easier and usually more effective. Sometimes rapport happens naturally, you ‘hit it off’ or ‘get on well’ with somebody else without having to try. However, rapport can also be built and developed by finding common ground, developing a bond and being empathic. Creating rapport at the beginning of a conversation with somebody new will often make the outcome of the conversation more positive. The best way to build rapport is by ice breakers. When meeting somebody for the first time some simple tips will help you reduce the tension in the situation enabling both parties to feel more relaxed and thus communicate more effectively: • Use non-threatening and ‘safe topics’ for initial small talk. Talk about established shared experiences, the weather, how you travelled to where you are. Avoid talking too much about yourself and avoid asking direct questions about the other person. • Listen to what the other person is saying and look for shared experiences or circumstances - this will give you more to talk about in the initial stages of communication. • Try to inject an element of humour. Laughing together creates harmony, make a joke about yourself or the situation/circumstances you are in but avoid making jokes about other people. • Be conscious of your body language and other non-verbal signals you are sending. Try to maintain eye contact for approximately 60% of the time. Relax and lean slightly towards them to indicate listening, mirror their body-language if appropriate. • Show some empathy. Demonstrate that you can see the other person’s point of view. Remember rapport is all about finding similarities and ‘being on the same wavelength’ as somebody else - so being empathic will help to achieve this After you have built rapport and broke the ice now it’s CLOSING TIME! • People make decisions with ZERO information! • People DO NOT make decisions on information! • The human mind makes a final decision within the 1st 15-20 seconds 27


• The conscious mind is smart but has no authority. It can only have 1 thought at a time • The subconscious mind is dumb but has all of the authority. It can make 1000s of decisions at the same time. The subconscious has many thoughts at once. Most decisions are made by the subconscious. • Every person knows how to lose weight….eat less and exercise more! However, look at how many obese people there are in the world. We all have the information it just depends on how the information is given to us will depend on how we act on it. Talk to the subconscious mind. This level uses the phrase “Before I show you how this works, let me tell you what happened to me”. The first part that says “Before I show you how this works” tells the subconscious that information will come later and lets the guards down so you can get in! The second part of the phrase “let me tell you what happened to me” signals the subconscious that you are telling stories. The subconscious loves stories and it needs to know how it ends. Stories will also stick in a person’s mind. Last we give the information by giving the presentation with the Party Pad! USE YOUR PARTY PAD PRESENTATION NOTES FROM YOUR ESUITE.

Great, do you have any questions? Ok so did you want to get started on those products doing the retail option, the loyal customer option, or were you thinking about maybe sharing this with your friends and making some extra money? (IF YOU FEEL LIKE THEY WOULD BE A GREAT FIT FOR THE BUSINESS OPPORTNITY MAKE SURE YOU ARE LETTING THEM KNOW THAT)

MORE CLOSING TIPS!!!! 9 WORDS THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW! “So what is going to be easier for you????” How this statement works. Say “What would be easier for you….to have your kids in daycare and leaving them every day or start your own business and stay at home with the kids” Another version “What would be easier for you…..fighting with your kids every night to eat their veggies or have your kids take greens” WORDS TO SAY THROUGHOUT YOUR PARTY “Most People” this signals the brain that they want to be part of most people. Ex. Say something like “Most people book a party within 2 hours after wrapping” or “Most people would rather sell it than buy it” “Most people do the loyal customer program because they can save 40-60% off on all products” Ex. “Most people I show this business to get excited and want to join, but some don’t” Take away the person’s objection! If the objection is money…“Most people I show this business to get excited and want to join, but some don’t, they would rather spend their money on booze or smokes then make money!” If the objection is time … “Most people I show this business to get excited and want to join, but some don’t, they would rather spend their time on Facebook or TV instead of having the time.” 25
