Samantha Davis- I am so stinking proud of this girl! She signed up about 8 months ago and when she signed up she told me she would really like to just start building her families savings account. TIP OF THE MONTH April's monthly TIP!!! A new month means a new you! Which means I've got some new MUST KNOW TIPS to take your Audacious April to a WHOLE NOTHA LEVEL! Okay, so you worked your behind off in March but I'm here to tell you there is NO STOPPING NOW! We are in the big MO people. ..that's right, MOMENTUM IS HERE! Congrats to all that promoted, pat yourselves on the back, and get back to work! One of the biggest pitfalls I've seen is people work so hard to get to Diamond and then. ...they stop! They have had that goal in mind for so long that part of them feels like they made it! Well I'm here to tell you that now more then EVER BEFORE it is time to push harder then you ever have. You are not SAFE just because you went diamond! I've witnessed many who stop working their businesses and count on the people below to continue pushing. Big mistake! This is where those game changing, life changing, license to print money begins! If anything you should push harder then you ever have or it can end quicker then it began. Don't be a statistic. I'm not trying to rain on your parade I'm just trying to warn you from letting it happen. I've come across some amazing new Tips if like to share to start off your new month! The guest one is mine. It is something new I came up with that has been working like a charm. The second is from my amazing upline Shelley Hyde who by the way is AMAZING! OKAY SO HERE IS MINE! I have been teaching my newbies to grab all 4 loyals even before they get their kits! So easy! Anyone who reads my tips knows I love the favor card! It's kind of a spin off of that. So I go through all the products with my newbie and I tell them after I go through each product to write down someone in their life they think couldn't bennifit from using it! If they can't think of anyone then skip that particular product. When I'm done they usually have between 10 and 12 names written down next to the product they thought of four that person. Then I have them narrow it down to the products that are under 35 dollars and we start there first! I have them message or preferably call the person up. It is always better when someone can hear their voice filled with excitement and passion. I have them say "Hey Aunt Sally! I hope your doing okay! Listen, I was wondering if you wouldn't mind doing me a favor. I just got started with a new Business and I'm super excited about it. It's a health and wellness business and they have this product called Confienza! The second I heard what this product does I immediately thought of you. It help with high stress and anxiety. I know how stressful your job is and I was wondering if you might do me the Biggest favor and be a testimony for me? You would use the product for 3 months and report to me how you feel! My sponsor said it would be amazing for my business to get personal testimonies from people I know. The product is only 25 dollars a month at my cost! ?" Out of the 10 or 12 people they contact 4 are bound to comply and want to help! Great way to take the pressure off and get that free product right out of the gate and teach that first goal of becoming a qualified leg. OKAY, NOW HERE IS SHELLEYS! It's called the zero to 10! Basically when your talking to someone about becoming a customer or a distributor and they seem interested but the deal isn't sealed you simply ask them on a scale of Zero to 10 how close are they to getting started? In my opinion this is genius. It gives you a very good idea of how close they are to getting started. So if they say Over a 5 then you say "so how can I get you to a 10...what's holding you back? " and if they are under a 5 you can still ask the same question but know that they aren't quite that serious about getting started so not to push to hard. I want you to remember you were not put on Earth to be average but you were put here to be extraordinary and to do extraordinary things. God is calling you to do great things for him. The problem is, is that you can’t do extraordinary things by staying in your comfort zone. "In an increasingly competitive, cautious and accelerated world, those who are willing to take risks, step out of their comfort zone and into the discomfort of uncertainty will be those who will reap the biggest rewards," Margie Warrell writes in Forbes. Let’s discuss a couple ways on how to get out of your comfort zone so that you can live out your God-given potential. First you need to Practice gratitude. Gratitude is the cure-all feeling that makes everything better, especially when I’m feeling nervous or worried about something. When you stop and think about all the things you are already grateful for, you open yourself up to receive even more goodness in your life. Putting gratitude into the context of a move outside your comfort zone means that you should express your gratitude not only for the experiences you’ve had and the things you’ve done, but also for the new opportunities and experiences to come. Next, Become comfortable with taking risks. Your comfort zone is comfortable because it's where you know what to expect. Going out on a limb can be scary because you might fail. You might lose something. But you might also gain something. In order to become comfortable with that uncertainty, you'll need to practice the following: •
Non-attachment. When you decide to do something, do it for its own sake, not so that you can get a particular result. If you gamble, gamble with money you're ready and willing to lose; gamble for the fun and exhilaration of gambling. If you win, that's icing on the cake! But if you lose, no big deal. Lastly you need to Make a fool of yourself. One of the biggest things that holds many of us back is our fear of what people think. After all, you don't want people to think you're weird or rude or creepy or obnoxious or annoying, do you? But wait -- think about the most lovable, magnetic people you've come across in your life. Odds are, they weren't the meek, agreeable people who are reliably pleasant to be around. They were the people who were crazy and charming. People who blurted out silly, maybe inappropriate things, or who made huge, slap-your-forehead mistakes, or who were over the top most of the time, but others forgave them for being less than perfect and in fact, liked them for it. So shatter your concern for what people think of you. You're allowed to be less than perfect, and you may find that people like you more for it, because it makes you a more exciting person to be around. Get laughed at, laugh with them. Do something you normally wouldn't do for fear of looking like an idiot. Be that goofball. You'll be fine. Taking the first step beyond your comfort zone doesn’t have to be hard, scary or frustrating. The great thing I find about using these easy ways to get started is that if you find yourself going in the wrong direction, it’s easy enough to step back and pick a different direction. The most important thing is that you keep moving toward the growth that comes from pushing your boundaries. “Anything you do to stretch yourself out of your comfort zone will ultimately enable you to take larger risks and grow.” ~ Leslie Evans God wants you to be involved in using your gifts to help others and influence your world but you won’t be able to do much of that if you’re staying comfortable all the time. You were made for a purpose and one of those purposes is to be a blessing to others. Take confidence in the fact that nothing and no one can keep you from your destiny unless you allow it. See yourself as a person of destiny and change the way you think about yourself. Step out of your comfort zone and do something now to fulfill your destiny. Expect God to direct you daily and get ready to live like God meant for you to live.
