At this time the louvers will not adjust to open or close, they are either stuck open or stuck closed.. Shutter doors also appear to have opened and closed at one time. Limitations General: Could not inspect either of two air handlers in the main house. Found the thermostat on the first floor - turned down the AC to make the unit run - located this air handler at the top of the stairs on the second floor - but there was not any access - could hear it running. Next job was to locate the other unit - assumed there must be a second floor thermostat - but could not locate this, since the AC could not be turned to down to make the air handler operate - this meant the second air handler could not be located.

Recommendations General 11.
