This plastic clamp secures the wire and protects it from the sharp metal edges of the hole. Recommend further evaluation by licensed electrician. Location: First Floor

This duct work appears to have been repaired or replaced at one time and all they did upon reinstall was only put tape and I can feel the cold air blowing into the attic space from loose joints in the tape.
