Summary Notes: Welcome & Introductions Christian Guntert, City of Victorville, welcomed the group. In person and phone introductions followed. Project Roundtable Samantha Dodero, SJVCEO, thanked everyone for their attendance and asked Maya Aubrey and John Rensch, SCE, to lead the review of projects that are on the April project listing or are items that are in the pipeline with partners. City of Adelanto:  Well 6 complete and is customer is awaiting payment.  Three sites, Police Dept., Senior Center and Water Yard have had their First Fuel audits completed. MA is awaiting email on scheduling of webinar to discuss results with the city.  Influent well from CIP list and moving forward with. Still waiting on more technical information from city before moving forward. City of Victorville  Well 206 is complete, IR approved.  Wells 203 and 207 have been approved to be extended and will be eligible until September 2016.  CG stated that Arnold from the city will have well 203 completed by the end of May. Hesperia  First Fuel audit shows good opportunity for savings and still waiting to connect to schedule a meeting. Apple Valley  An onsite survey was conducting of two of the city gyms and that has turned up lighting opportunities in one of the lighting programs within SCE.  Golf course project looks good and pumping incentives look good and OBF is on track.  Joseph Moon, Apple Valley, stated that with an outage the town has had a few well pumps go out. John Rensch to look into immediate work on those items. JM and JR to connect after meeting on the item. Program Updates Holly Merrihew, SCE, attending IDSM internal meeting and will have a report back to the group at the next meeting. Introduced Daphne Ng, the new Partnerships Director. DN, thanked the group for welcoming her; provided a background on her service with SCE. She stated that she has heard many positive results from this partnership and thanked the partners for their passion, compassion and hard work. Chris Tran, SCE reminded the partners that SCE works as a team and no one should ever hesitate to reach out. JM thanked both CT and DN for their response and engagement.

Economic Development Mike Curley presented on the Economic Development offerings, including how they partner with Partnerships, deploy their RED teams and how the partners can benefit. Other Business Direct Install Update HM reported that SJVCEO team to develop a flyer and get it approved in advance of the Barstow rollout in May. HM meeting internally with the Direct Install group to create turnkey co-branded marketing materials. As soon as HM has a copy of the pieces she will send to CK who will communicate that information out to the partners. Adelanto has a new facility to add to the list, and HM and MA will work on that effort. HM asked JR to work with Domingo to nail down the specifics. Samantha Dodero reported back on her visits to the Hesperia and Apple Valley Chambers of Commerce. Both very receptive to Direct Install and even hosting workshops for members to see who might qualify. CK asked Julie Ryan if this was valuable given some of the recent municipal challenges and her response was that it was win win for both the partnership and the city. SD meeting with Adelanto after meeting. SD shared that the effort of spreading the word about the partnership has been well received. JM, stated that at first there was some hesitancy from the Chamber but once they understood the relationship and the benefit they were very receptive. April 12/13 Water Classes at Irwindale MA shared the course information and will send out information to the partners. SEEC pitch CK let the partners know of the updates on the SEEC Conference happening June 15th and 16th in Riverside. She encourages all partners to attend as it is in their backyard. CK reinforced the information regarding the IOU sponsorship (mileage, travel and food). Partners were informed to contact CK or SD for information or to register. Chrisitan Guntert from Victorville stated for SD to register him for the conference. Marketing Outreach CK shared an update on the ad hoc Marketing taskforce. Dan Sousa was nominated by the group to represent the Partnership. SD to get into touch with Dan on meeting arrangements. EAP & Benchmarking CK explained the benchmarking update. Asked for CISR forms from Adelanto, Barstow and Victorville. Meeting schedule Take off July and December May is Victorville, June 2 Hesperia (TBD), July off, August Barstow, September Adelanto, October, Apple Valley, November Victorville, and January Hesperia. Budgets passed in June and July Conclude Meeting ended at 11:07 a.m.
