Agenda: Topic Welcome & Introductions Jenele Davidson, Victorville, welcomed everyone to the June partnership meeting. Introductions were done around the room and then those on the phone. Project Roundtable 1. Review of current projects in process Samantha Dodero, SJVCEO, went over attachment #1. City of Adelanto Amy Olson, SCE, stated that the city has just completed its post inspection for the LA1 option E streetlights, and all paperwork should be processed. Once that is the case the city will be save a total of 435,707 kWh along with an incentive of around $100,000. AO, SCE, would like to have a large check presentation for city council. Tondalaya Goodwin, Adelanto, agreed that she would like to highlight the project to the council. Tondalaya Goodwin also brought up the idea of replacing the main centrifuge at the city. AO, SCE, stated that the city should go through and have a new pump test completed to see where things stand as well as what to replace the old equipment with. ACTION: AO and TG to connect on centrifuge after the meeting. City of Barstow Sandy Gabriel, SCE, was on the phone and gave a brief update on the items that are showing on the project listing. The Harvey House OBF project has been sitting on the list for a while and there is no movement from the city on it so SG is asking for it to be withdrawn. Also, the cities WWTP WISE project has completed its final inspection to receive credit for its energy savings. The numbers should be showing up on the project listing. ACTION: Bill to follow-up on why the item is not on the project listing. City of Hesperia SG, SCE, had discussions with the city regarding scheduling new pump tests to see where inefficiencies are in the system. The city has also discussed interest in DI. ACTION: SG to follow-up on pup tests as well as DI.

City of Victorville The city does not currently have any projects on the listing. There was much discussion of where they can find opportunity. 1) working to schedule DI in two remaining facilities within the city, 2) looked over SCE pump testing with SCE and identified that well 109 and 120 should be replaced, 3) thinking of doing lighting upgrades in parking and walkways through the MPOP program. ACTION: AO to connect with Arnold V. on some of the well information to move forward. Town of Apple Valley No projects listed for the town at this time. Sandy and Samantha to circle back with the town to checkin and see about staff. Partnership Updates 1. Measure Updates Bill Rock, SCE, did not have any measure updates from the SCE side. SD, SJVCEO, did want to mention that SJVCEO is doing a big lighting push before the end of the year. Staff is expecting all lighting to be gone at the end of 2019. Small plug for upcoming Fund-It fast Chat which will highlight lighting. There will be an email coming out with registration information ahead of the meeting. 2.

SJVCEO Updates SD, SJVCEO, provided a quick staffing update for SJVCEO. Sarah Farell is no longer working for the SJVCEO. All SP and grant items that she was working on with partners is now being shared by all staff and benchmarking is solely being handled by Rochelle Thomas. Program Opportunities: Demand Response AO, SCE, went over a few DR options for customers before the summer season takes full effect. She went over CPP, Auto-DR and DRAM. Many accounts defaulted to CPP when the rate structure went into effect in March. If you did and want to be removed, you can as there is bill protection when accounts changed over. AO also mentioned that there are still monies available in auto-DR through SCE if anyone is interested. DRAM pilots through third parties are also still available. You will need to go direct to a third-party entity for registration. (Weblink: https://www.sce.com/business/savings-incentives/demand-response/eligibility) 1.

SCE Charge Ready Transport SD, SJVCEO, wanted to announce the launch of the charge ready transport pilot. This program is geared toward medium and heavy-duty vehicles for fleets. There aren’t as many restrictions as the charge ready program, but one caveat is you need to have a long-term fleet transition plan. (Weblink: https://www.sce.com/business/electric-cars/charge-ready-transport ) Other Business 1. Prop 68 Funding- Green Infrastructure Grant SD, SJVCEO, wanted to bring this grant to everyones attention as there is a renewed focus on public green space within cities. The grant is open until the end of June. Please let SJVCEO know if there may be any grants that you are looking for as we may have a working knowledge of those grants. (Weblink: http://resources.ca.gov/grants/green-infrastructure/) 2.

3.

Benchmarking Update SD, SJVCEO, provided a quick update on benchmarking from staff. Hesperia and Barstow are the remaining two partners who need to finish benchmarking. We are also trying to see about getting the remaining Victorville streetlight accounts into portfolio manager. Current issue is we do not have exact street addresses.
