Notice of Fee Schedule Acceptance Date: October 19, 2009
Be It Known To All: 1.
I, :Donald-Mark:Westover, a son of the Supreme God and Creator in the land commonly known as Ontario, a common-law jurisdiction, have lawfully revoked consent to be represented and governed.

A Notice of Understanding and Intent and a Claim of Right was properly created, registered, filed and served upon:, the Attorney General of Ontario, the Registrar General of Ontario, the Governor General of Canada and the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario. See reverse of document for contact info of recipients of service.

TEN (10) days was given from receipt of the original notice of September 17, 2009 to send a Notice of Dispute of Fee Schedule by registered mail to a notary acceptor of my choice in which the counter-claim was to lawfully contest the Fee Schedule, be signed in blue ink by the Principle/Agent, be under oath, notarized and under full commercial liability in the event of perjury or misleading language. Failure to do so has been deemed acceptance of above stated Fee Schedule by all served. None of the served parties chose to register a dispute or counterclaim against the rights, liberties and freedoms claimed as stipulated and thus have accepted said rights, liberties and freedoms as evident and lawful.

My undisputed FEE SCHEDULE for any transgressions by peace officers, government principals or agents or justice system participants is as follows:
•
ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000) PER HOUR or portion thereof if being questioned, interrogated or in any way detained, harassed or otherwise regulated and
•
ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1000) PER BILL OR ORDER billed to the officers/agents and the authorizing corporations they represent.
•
TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000) PER HOUR or portion thereof with a BASE FEE OF FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5000) if I am handcuffed, transported, incarcerated or subjected to any adjudication process without my express written and notarized consent and
•
a minimum TWENTY-FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($25,000,000) for any violence brought against me, my family, anyone or any one under my care. This schedule is automatically activated upon such transgressions and will be acted upon immediately and without fail. Guilty and involved parties will be pursued to their full commercial liabilities and living souls will be pursued to the full extent of common law.
•
The removal or kidnapping of my son :McKenzie-Taylor:Westover: from my custody carries a penalty of full commercial liability of each and all involved parties and of the common-law prosecution in a court de jure. Consent of governance has been denied. Interference is violation of the law.
•
Signatures elicited under duress and/or torture carry a fee of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000) per signature and a charge of fraud.

Payment of fees will be made payable in the functional currency of the day in the land at a value of the currency of the day in this land of Canada at the time of receipt of this schedule or with acceptable collateral property to me or my agent or, in event of my demise, my son or my son’s agent.
•
Any property held by me or under claim of right which is removed from my possession or custody or otherwise stolen without my express, written consent without duress for whatever reason will be assessed by me of value and a bill will be sent separately to all parties involved, each being responsible for the full bill.
•
The engaging of me or mine in any of the aforementioned activities/services is acceptance of the terms of this document and is further agreement that liens may be placed against the real and personal property of the living people utilizing offending/contracting organizations and corporations for defaulted of payment at the discretion of :Donald-Mark:Westover: or his agents. Liens will also be filed against the offending/contracting corporations which mandated their agents to contract for non-payment.

The law of Agent and Principal applies and service upon one constitutes service upon the other.
