Dear Mr. Westorer: We have received your correspondence and attached documents addressed to the Honourable Chris Bentley, Attorney General for Ontario. Your letter has been referred to this office for a response. These documents do not appear to have been issued by or filed in a court of law. As these documents are not a properly issued claim or application, it is my intention to take no further action in response to them. Please be advised that there is nothing more we can do for you in this regard and our file is closed. Mr. Bentley, You have received my correspondence and attached documents. Your office seems to have misunderstood the intention of the documents. The Heads of State, including your office, have been properly noticed with instructions to notify other agents/ principals to whom the documents might concern. You or your office have not responded in the required and stipulated fashion and for all intents and purposes have ignored the documents. As stipulated, this is your agreement to the terms of my fee schedule (included) and no contest to the contents of the document. Craig Slater, Director, represented you when he said that "These documents do not appear to have been issued by or filed in a court of law. As these documents are not a properly issued claim or application, it is my intention to take no further action in response to them." Firstly, the letter was addressed to Donald Mark Westorer. Pleasesee the header for the correct spelling of my given name. It may not matter, but I prefer to err on the side of caution. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, these documents were given to you so as you do not mistakenly identify me as someone who is subject to your office, or any other for that matter. It is a revocation of contract with any and all who have unlawfully gained power of attorney through fraud and deception. Filing with a "court" would seem to give up my sovereignty and yield power of attorney afresh and enter into yet another fraudulent contract. If there is a more acceptable way of "filing" then please respond with the required information immediately as it is my wish to be correct in all things. As it stands, I see no error in my method of filing and await your suggestions. My documents are filed in the public on the web at: http//issuu.com/golden.don.
