The project in general terms I have designed a luxury detached house with a swimming pool, a porch for cars, a basketball court and a pergola with sofas.

Measures Total area of the complex is 3364m2 (58 x 58m) The 1st floor of the house has an area of 500m2, and the 2nd floor 375m2, so it makes a total of 875m2. The house is 8,30m height (4m each floor). The swimming pool is 19 x 10m, and 2m height (380m3). Finally, the basketball court is 18 x 10m and the pergola is 9 x 9 x 4m.
