RECEIVING AN INVITE Targeted influencers will receive a notification within their Klout account, as well as an email providing them a description of your Perk.

LET’S GET STARTED After clicking the notification or email link, users will see a modal, which tells them about the product. They will click Get Started Now to begin the claiming process (please note that the Asterisk ONLY appears when a campaign is not live).

CLAIMING YOUR PERK Users must complete the listed steps to claim your Perk. A green check mark indicates they successfully completed that step. Pro tip: It is important to inform your account manager about specific goals you have, this way we can customize these steps just for your brand’s needs.

ENTICING THEM TO SHARE Users are prompted to share on Twitter and Facebook about the Perk. Share on Twitter will populate a pre-filled Tweet and Share on Facebook will direct the influencer to their account.

PERK SUCCESSFULLY CLAIMED At this point, the influencers have successfully claimed your Perk and we will provide them with other important details they should know.

CONFIRMING DELIVERY VIA EMAIL An email will be sent confirming that the influencer has successfully claimed the Perk and provide details about the Perk for their files.

PART 2: THE FOLLOW UP After the influencers receive your Perk, we will initiate the follow up process to hear their thoughts on the product. Another notification on Klout.com and an email will be sent.

PROVIDING FEEDBACK Users can rate the product (1-5 stars, 5 being the best), provide a review, and can upload any photo that supports their review. A Tweet will populate for them to share their thoughts.

PERK FOLLOW UP You can have the user do an additional step here. In this example, users are directed to a Facebook contest for the chance to win a great prize.

PERK COMPLETED Once the Perk experience is complete, we will encourage them to share on their social networks one last time. The Tweet will be pre-populated with copy of your choosing.

SHOWCASING USER GENERATED CONTENT Once your Perk goes live, moments from Twitter and Facebook that the influencers create will populate in a showcase. Reviews users complete in Part 2 are also showcased.

YOUR PERK CHECKLIST These assets are all that is required to run your Klout Perk: Images (please send in hi-res) • 680 x 280 image of Perk (Minimal wording is recommended) - Seen on pages 2,3,9,10 and 15. • 200 x 200 brand logo Description of the Perk • 140 characters max with spaces and special characters (This is where you can describe more thoroughly the Perk being offered) Description of the Brand • 140 characters max with spaces and special characters. Similar to a Twitter bio. Campaign Hashtag • Unique hash tags are strongly recommended for analytic tracking Campaign Headline • 45 characters max with spaces and special characters (This will appear at the top of every modal through out the flow) URL link for Twitter Viral • Do you want to link a specific URL to the canned Twitter virals? (If you do not include this, we direct the users back to Klout) Links to Brand’s: • Website • Twitter (must be registered for Klout) • Facebook Fan Page (must be registered for Klout) • Instagram • G+ Campaign Goals • What is the main goal for this campaign? • Are you looking to drive influencers to you Twitter and Facebook pages?
