JUNIOR • DEFENSEMAN 2011-12 (Sophomore): Appeared in four of the team's first five games before finishing the season with the New Hampshire Junior Monarchs (EJHL) where he played 19 games and had 10 points on five goals and five assists...Notched his first career collegiate point with an assist against Princeton on 11/5 at home. 2010-11 (Freshman): Made one appearance for the Big Green in his freshman season, taking to the ice against RPI in Troy on 1/ 22...Whistled for a holding minor in the second period for his only two PIMs of the season.
Personal: Born in Wareham, Mass. ...Parents are Carl and Cari Lovejoy...Has two brothers...Brother Ben played hockey for the Big Green, graduating in 2007 and currently plays for the NHL's Pittsburgh Penguins...Brother Matt played lacrosse for the University of Virginia, winning a national championship in 2011 and currently plays in Major League Lacrosse...Father played hockey at Colby College while mother was a member of the field hockey, lacrosse and ski teams at UMass...Also had cousin, aunt and uncle attend Dartmouth.
