Afternoon Aquacise – shallow water This popular fitness program will have you grooving to the music. It can be enjoyed by those who do not swim or those just starting a new fitness program. It is also suitable for expectant mothers. Session Day Time Fee

Evening Aquacise - shallow water Improve your fitness in a comfortable, safe environment. The buoyancy of water relieves the stress on your joints and acts as a resistance to strengthen and tone your muscles. Session Day Time Fee

Evening Run and Core – deep water Give your joints a rest and experience the benefit of running without impact. Core strength and cardiovascular fitness is improved while the water acts as resistance against your movements. Aqua buoyancy belts are provided for support. Session Day Time Fee

Weekend Run and Core – deep water Take the workload out of your joints while your muscles rise to the challenge. By adding the resistance of water to this interval program, you’ll pick up the pace on land. Aqua buoyancy belts are provided for support. Session Day Time Fee

Registered Water Fitness Feel the freedom in these zero impact classes. Buoyancy belts are provided to help maintain surface support in deep water. These classes provide a great core workout as you stabilize yourself while performing various exercises.
