Since your first summer at Ramah as a Nitzanimer in 1976, camp and your camp friends have played an important role in your life. Even after your days as campers and counselors, your friends remained close through various milestones including college graduations, weddings, having children and finally returning to camp as camp-parents. When you became a nurse 10 years ago, the decision to return to camp seemed like an obvious one. Working in the marp allowed you to give back the place you loved the most. Over the years, the energy you’ve put into your job as a camp nurse has made a positive impact on campers, staff and parents alike. Howard, you have always been a rock in our family - providing love and support while brightening our days with your sense of humor. You have also given our family the incredible gift of camp, which will serve as an example for future generations of Rebenstock Ramahniks to come. Now, as a MICU nurse through the challenges of 2020, you have continued to serve your patients and their families with compassion and endless care. We could not think of a more deserving person to receive this honor. We are so proud and love you so much!
