Tanzania is a country in East Africa bordered by Kenya and Uganda to the north, Rwanda, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the west, and Zambia, Malawi, and Mozambique to the south. The country's eastern border lies on the Indian Ocean. The United Republic of Tanzania was formed out of the union of two sovereign states namely Tanganyika and Zanzibar. Tanzania is the biggest (land area) among the East African countries (i.e. Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania). Tanzania has a spectacular landscape of mainly three physiographic regions namely the Islands and the coastal plains to the east; the inland saucer-shaped plateau; and the highlands. The Great Rift Valley that runs from north east of Africa through central Tanzania is another landmark that adds to the scenic view of the country. The country has the largest concentration of wild animals. It also has pristine sandy beaches and Africa’s highest and snow-capped mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro. Tanzania is home to the world famous National Parks and Game Reserves of: Ngorongoro Crater, Selous Game Reserve, Gombe Stream, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Mikumi, Arusha, Ruaha, Saadani, Udzungwa Mountains, and Mkomazi Game Reserve. Other Game Reserves include: Amani, Kigosi, Lukwika-Lumesule, Maswa, Monduli Mountains, Msangesi and Ugala.

Kiswahili, the national language, excites a listener in terms of the way some people from the different ethnic other members from other tribes speak slowly and carefully.

Every GCDP experience we deliver is our opportunity to change the world. To inspire someone to do someh ng they wouldn't do before, to make a mark on the world. The purpose is defeated if every EP hates AIESEC, the recieving Country/Territory,the world after an AIESEC GCDP experience. Quality is about delivering our promise. Providing to the EP what was written in the TN form. Remember the primary aim of the AIESEC Exchange programme is to develop individuals who bring about positive change in the Society. This are the 4 core the AIESEC network.

CONCLUSION

If we are in the business of changing lives, of giving people unforgetable experiences and making them see the world in a different way, then our greatest sales tool is the stories of those same people. We need to strive capture every story of every intern, NGO, community or individuals our programmes is touching. This needs to be a conscious activity of every VP OGX.
