Message from the Conference Team NatConf 2017 is knocking! The second biggest conference of AIESEC Kenya 16.17 is here. This shall be the conference where the membership of AIESEC in Kenya shall brew great plans for the awaited summer peak. Strategically placed right before the start of the LC/SU term of 17.18,the conference shall equip the members with the needed knowledge, skill and necessary tools to smartly plan the new term’s direction. Themed ‘Bringing the Action’, NatConf shall be the place AIESEC in Kenya puts their smart hats on to turn passion into action. Here goes an opportunity to be part of the team that shall be FACIlitating this amazing think space together with the passionate MC Volkeno. Join the team to deliver another unforgettable conference while sharpening your FACIlitation skills, work with the passionate membership of AIESEC Kenya and the MC, add on to your knowledge and have a great time while at it.

Attention Points • Understand the purpose of the conference, note the key requirements
and the key dates. All FACI meetings are compulsory and missing any of them shall have you disqualified before the conference. • Ensure your availability and ability to give your all to the FACI role
• Answer all the questions to completion. Ensure that links in your application are accessible, content clear and audible where applicable. Failure to this will render your application void. • You are encouraged to design your application creatively. Have the application in a folder named NatConf2017_Name_FaciApp. • Applications should be sent to lorraine.syumiti@aiesec.net. Use the same naming format as the application folder. Any submissions past 1900h GMT+3 regardless of the reasons shall be automatically rejected.

About the FACIs PROFILE • MCVPs and MCPs preferred • Sound organizational understanding of AIESEC, global direction and national direction required • Previous conference FACI experience required • Creative and strategic thinking capability • Passionate individual • Good communication skills • Train the Trainers knowledge preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES • Content research, sessions creation and design • Creatively and timely deliver sessions • Engage delegates in planning • Assist in delivering conference objectives • Creative session creation prior to the conference • Engagement of delegates • Participate in virtual and physical FACI meetings before the conference • Mandatory pre-FACI and post-FACI meetings • Submit conference output as required
