Pick-up times are available by placing your selection in your basket - don't worry there's no commitment to buy! Due to the nature of our business all website bookings are provisional until confirmed by us. We ask you for your preferred seating allocation during the booking process and will confirm your seat numbers after you have booked. Cancellations & Refunds. If we are forced to cancel any excursion, a full refund will be made. In the event of a customer cancelling we shall apply charges in line with the scale below. Tickets cannot be transferred to future trips. More than 28 days notice - Full refund, 14 to 28 days notice - Less 25%, 7 to 13 days notice - Less 50%, Less than 7 days notice - No refund. All bookings must be pre-booked - we cannot pick you up if you are not booked. For the vast majority of trips we aim to stay at the destination for around 4 ½ hours.
