We are a professional charity currently providing support for 55 people who live locally with dementia and their families. We offer a weekly Monday Club Café and offer home visits to give professional advice and support for families.

The new website is packed full of information useful to anyone who is either living with dementia or is supporting someone with dementia. It will be updated often to include:
