But don’t let the serene name fool you. In this intimate, bucolic setting you will receive an intensive and rigorous immersion into the Executive MBA curriculum and Leadership Development Program. You’ll also begin working with your colleagues in a crossfunctional “C-Team”—the group you’ll work with throughout your time in the program. Most important, the trip provides time away from the daily demands of your professional and personal life, giving you ample opportunity to acclimate to your new role as “student” and begin forming the bonds with peers and others in the Owen community that will last a lifetime.
