ANKORA Il sistema di ancoraggio con tirante posteriore prevede l’utilizzo di funi che collegano il palo all’ancoraggio stesso. Le funi sono formate dall’intreccio di fili di acciaio zincato a caldo, materiale che garantisce alta resistenza, basso allungamento e durata nel tempo grazie all’alto spessore di zinco, evitando così ritesature frequenti o manutenzioni non previste. La quantità dei fili varia in base all’uso ed alla resistenza che si vuole ottenere. Generalmente si utilizzano funi in acciaio composte da 19 fili intrecciati. La lunghezza delle funi dipende dalla loro posizione nell’impianto e dalla distanza dagli ancoraggi. Per semplificare l’utilizzo delle funi, l’ufficio Ricerca & Sviluppo Valente ha implementato la Fune Asolata: si tratta di una fune in acciaio zincato con un’estremità a forma di asola che va infilata nel palo e collegata in tensione all’ancoraggio, per ottenere un sistema di ancoraggio con tirante posteriore molto semplice da montare.
The anchor system with a rear stay wire uses cables that connect the pile directly to the anchor. The cables are formed by twisting galvanized steel wires. Thanks to the high thickness of the zinc, these cables guarantee high resistance, low stretching and durability over time, avoiding frequent re-tightening or unforeseen maintenance. The quantity of wires varies according to the use and resistance that you wish to obtain. Cables are normaly made up of 19 intertwined wires. The length of the cables depends on the position they are in on the system and the distance from the anchors. To simplify the use of cables, Valente Research and Development office has implemented the Cable with Slipknot: this is a galvanized cable with a slot shaped end that is inserted in the pile and connected, whilst tight, to the anchor, this way obtaining a rear stay wire anchor system that is very simple to fit.
