“Erika and everyone we’ve spoken with at Unison have played a huge part in helping us to achieve our financial goals,” said Patty. “We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Unison! The service is quick and very accurate. We are so excited to be able to save money toward our ultimate dream of building a new home.”

Unison then helped the Wilkes purchase a used vehicle for their son when he turned 16. “We purchased an older vehicle that was in great condition. Other financials would not finance a small loan on this older vehicle, but Unison said YES. Our son absolutely loves his new truck!!! And we were able to take advantage of a great rate,” said the Wilkes. Just a few short months later, Patty was trying to figure out their budget and create a financial plan

for building their dream home. She realized that if they could take out a consolidation loan to lower the amount of interest they were paying, they may be able to be in a new home sooner. She called Unison and went over their financial information with Erika at the Little Chute branch. Unison was able to do a total debt consolidation, which included both of their vehicles and credit card debt. The consolidation loan with Unison lowered their interest rate far below what the credit card companies were charging them.

“Unison has been there for us every time. We are very fortunate to have them on our side and recommend them to family and friends on all occasions!” says Randy. Thank you Wilkes! We’re happy to have you as member-owners and are glad we were able to find the loan options that work for you! 2016 Calendars

Complimentary 2016 calendars will be available to members beginning the day after Thanksgiving. Stop in at any of our locations to pick up your calendar.

The Wilkes, seated from left: daughter Taylor, Randy, son Remington, Patty and the family pooch, Colbie.

The Wilkes live in Winneconne but both work in the Fox Valley area. They became members 5 years ago when they heard about us through friends who had recently come to Unison for a Home Equity Loan. “It was an easy choice,” said Patty. “We refinanced our house when we decided to finish our basement, just as our friends had done. Unison was able to get us the money we needed to finish our entire project!” Randy added: “Everything about the process was simple and I couldn’t believe the turnaround time!”

Money Envelopes

Money envelopes are available the day after Thanksgiving through Christmas. The envelopes are $.25 each or five for $1.00. All profits go to the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin-Fox Valley.

De Pere Christmas Fun!

Unison will be implementing EMV microchip technology in our credit and debit cards to increase the security of transactions. EMV (Europay, MasterCard®, Visa®) heightens card security by encrypting your card information, making it more difficult to compromise. The card’s small microchip provides greater protection for you by reducing the likelihood of fraud and giving you peace of mind.

Internet Safety while using Unison’s

1. Log in and look things over. Review your accounts by logging in on a regular basis.

In the future, you will be receiving a new credit and/or debit card equipped with an EMV chip. We are working closely with our card processors and anticipate reissuance to begin in 2016. Until then, please know that your current card, with a traditional magnetic strip, is secure. You are protected by the Visa® Zero Liability policy, which means your liability for unauthorized transactions is $0. You may notice that merchants are gradually upgrading their payment terminals to accept both magnetic strip cards and those with EMV chips. Watch for more information about receiving your new card(s) in the upcoming months. If you have questions regarding EMV, please contact our Electronic Services department at 920-766-6000 or toll free at 1-888-878-8806.

If you do not receive this message or if anything appears suspicious, please contact us immediately at 920-766-6000 or toll free at 1-888-878-8806. 5. Always log off.
