“Unison goes above and beyond!” Nic and Nikki Smith have been Unison members since 2013 when they opened Smith Pharmacy right across the street from Unison’s Little Chute branch. “Unison is a local, customer-oriented business, as are we, so we thought it would be a great fit” says Nic. “Unison goes above and beyond for us, so we can do the same for our customers!” The Smith’s pharmacy offers free mail and local delivery with prescription compounding being a large focus of their business. This specialized service is a fraction of the cost of many commercial prescriptions. The Smiths rely on word of mouth and reputation to drive their business. They work closely with physicians on a regular basis to find the best options for their customers. Similar to Unison, the main goal of Smith Pharmacy is to help people out. “Unison has been the perfect fit for us because we share the same values of serving the community by going the extra mile and offering extraordinary service every day!” Nikki’s favorite features at Unison are the many unique

online banking services we offer. “We do as much online as we are able to. We love this option! It is very helpful to be able to see an image of a particular check, print any month’s statement in a PDF format in seconds and customize the language of a transaction to make it easier to correlate in QuickBooks.” When the Smith’s largest vendor had questions about how to set up automatic payments through Unison, Ryan Huebner, a Financial Services Representative at the Little Chute office, reached out and gave them all the information they needed. He assured the vendor he would take care of the setup. Ryan even followed up with Smith’s vendor after the first successful transaction. “We were very thankful to Ryan for all his help!”

“We do as much online as we are able to. We love this option!” The Smiths live in Freedom with their four girls. Marlee (7), Jovie (5), Luci (3) and Ro (7 months). “Our girls love to go to Unison - mostly for the candy. We really love the hometown and family-oriented feeling we get when stopping in. Unison employees have always been very courteous and welcoming!” We are honored to have the Smiths as members. Thank you, Nic and Nikki, for choosing Unison!
