Physical Access Wheelchair spaces are located in the Stalls of both the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall. If it is desired, or necessary, patrons may advise us of type of impairment and the size of the wheelchair (if applicable). Scooters and larger size wheelchairs may require an allocation of two ‘standard’ size wheelchair spaces. Please discuss your requirements when booking. As part of the ongoing refurbishment works, two additional wheelchair spaces and a disabled toilet have been created on Tier 1 of the Royal Concert Hall. There is a lift in the Royal Concert Hall that services all levels. Currently we have no lift facility in the Theatre Royal. However, in 2010 we are focusing our attentions on the Theatre Royal and investigating the possibility of a lift.
