The Grateful Patient Program offers a place to share a gift of appreciation. If your heart was touched by a caregiver at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System, we invite you to recognize that special person for their dedication to a life of hope and healing and to tell their story. The honored individual will receive a copy of your submission along with a “Guardian Angel” pin to proudly wear. Your tax-deductible gift is cherished and will be used to improve the health of our communities, now and in the future.
