ADVERTISE IN THIS COMMUNITY NEWSLETTER!

Purchasing a home here is about more than just the real estate. It’s about the community. Copperfield is a special place, where people matter to one another and neighbors become valued and trusted friends.

A

lthough invisible fences are allowed in the neighborhood, we ask that you be cognizant about letting your dog roam your front yard. Many families like to walk the neighborhood and even though your dog is “fenced” in, it is very scary having a dog charge towards you when you are walking past a neighbor's home.

Copperfield is a 300-acre residential community, originally incorporated in February of 1984. The community includes almost 400 homes on quiet cul-de-sacs and meandering streets, in a countrystyle setting with lush landscaping and mature trees on wooded lots. Behind the signature serpentine brick walls you will find a neighborhood that prides itself on well-maintained homes and its friendly atmosphere. As a resident of Copperfield, you automatically become a member of the association and are granted access to the many fine neighborhood facilities.
