NPBA Pee Wee Class
Canadian Pole Benders
NPBA welcomed our Canadian NPBA members Joanne Fisher, Leslie Richards and James Wilson. They all made the long trip to Kentucky to be a part of our Championship and had amazing weekend. The trio posted some of their best pole bending times at this show and collected a few checks. Representing Italy was Elisa Maspero and her horse He B Flyin. Elisa was overjoyed to win the 2-D reserve championship in the NPBA Futurity.
Youth Stake 1D New to the NPBA show was two Stake Racing classes. Channing McWilliams brought two horses to compete in the Youth Stake Race. She claimed first and second in the 1-D Youth Stake Race. Winning the Open 1-D Stake Race champion was Who Is Your Daddy and Katie Pride of TN. Katie and her horse won the AQHA World Championship Pole Bending. Looks like the Stake Racing patterns suits tem too. Open 2-D Stake Race Championship went to Curtis Cruse and High Flyin Jet.
