Muddy Buddy has quickly become a favorite event in Cheatham County. The first race was held in 2009. The Cheatham County stop is the Nashville leg of the national event. Camp Sycamore Hills has served the Cheatham County community for more than 50 years. The 800-acre camp, operated by the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee, is off Highway 49 just north of Ashland City.
