Who We Are Child HELP Foundation, a non-profit community organization was created by Basilio N. Bautista, M.D. on July 10, 2007. Its purpose is to serve the needs of children with disabilities in Delaware. The Foundation is dedicated to providing humanitarian support for children through financial grants to qualified not-for-profit organizations that serve children in Delaware. Child HELP Foundation raises funds by hosting fund-raising events, soliciting directly from individuals / businesses and by securing grants from corporations, foundations and government agencies. The Foundation has forged relationships with other like-minded organizations in the state of Delaware.
Regular Membership What We Offer
Annual dues are $25.00 which will include:
The Child HELP Foundation has established an Endowment Fund at the Delaware Community Foundation.

We sponsor special concerts, children’s art exhibitions, Special Olympic events, summer camps, music clinics and other activities sponsored by other like-minded organizations.
