Understanding the marine way

Introducing Cunningham Lindsey’s Global Marine Practice Group

The marine insurance market is unique because a loss could happen in any location, regardless of where it has been insured or where the insured party is located. As the transportation and storage of goods is subject to complicated international and national legislation, it is essential that you have access to a marine loss adjusting team who are located all over the world and are ready to respond - we are the right people for this job. Our Global Marine Practice Group provides a structure for our marine adjusters around the world who understand the local practices, laws and customs of marine claims; allowing us to achieve a quick and efficient outcome for you. With over 35 years of experience within the industry I specialise in general cargo surveys, commodities, chilled and/or frozen foodstuffs, carriers liability and liquid/bulk cargo. I am proud to say that the Global
